The terrace with pool & the view. Best wishes to kind receptionist who gave us early check- in with our infant(we arrived at Heraklion aiport very early). It was so helpful because we were arriving after long connected flight. And the bed-mattress. Wow. We’ve been in many hotels around the world. Really the best.

Everything! Hotel amazing , room fabulous had a sea view. Staff were so friendly .. pools 3 were clean .. loads of sunbeds .. food was really good lots of local dishes as well .. choices couldnt more wider or well cooked and top quality…

Very convenient and nice location

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and kept everything well maintained. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, which made our visit even more comfortable. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options available every day. One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to Nicos, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He was always approachable, easy to talk to, and made us feel very welcome. His positive attitude and excellent service really enhanced our experience. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities, and a high standard of service. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Atali Grand Resort in Bali, Rethymno was absolutely wonderful. We had been searching for years to find a place like this, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. Very nice resort, employees always smiling and polite. Great food, great cocktails, all amazing as a general vibe.

Super friendly staff, upon arrival we received a room upgrade and a welcome drink free of charge. Great location in the town center, the closes beach is almost at your doorstep but you can easily walk to all of the best local beaches as well. Delicious breakfast served on the roof, so you can enjoy the sea view at the same time.

Our stay at the villa exceeded all expectations! The photos in the listing are absolutely real, but I must say – the villa is even more beautiful in person. The view over the bay is breathtaking – especially at sunrise, when the sky and sea blend into a magical scene that words can hardly describe. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our group of 10 felt perfectly comfortable throughout the stay. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, there are two extra toilets, which was a huge convenience for a larger group. The location is excellent – close to the beaches and tavernas in Bali, yet peaceful and private at the same time. With rental cars, we also managed to explore some beautiful beaches within an hour and a half drive. A true highlight was the facility manager Manousos – always available, helpful, and attentive. Thanks to him, we discovered wonderful places to eat and visit, and he also assisted us in arranging a catamaran rental for a day trip from Bali port – an unforgettable experience. The cleanliness of the villa was exceptional – the housekeeping team visited several times during our stay, including upon request, making our holiday even more carefree and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, a stunning location, excellent service, and unforgettable views – this villa is the perfect choice! We will come back for sure!

Staff super helpful, breakfasts always different and lots of choice, rooms clean and comfortable as well as a lovely pool area and a beach very close. Lots of restaurants to choose from too
