The property is located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants and in short walking distance to the Monastiraki Square & Metro station. Despite the central location, the room was very quite. The room was spacious and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. We've been welcomed with drinks & local sweets and surprised with wine and more sweets on our last night. The kids enjoyed the pool in the Spa area that the hotel manger arranged for us for private use. The very nice breakfast was served on the top floor terrace with great views. After the first day, the breakfast items have been aligned with our needs & preferences. The hotel manager was very friendly and available and helped with great local restaurant recommendations. Can only recommend!

From the moment we arrived (very early :)) to the moment we left we had the best experiance we could ever have thought from the staff, rooms and all the amazing facilities this central hotel has to offer. The breakfast was very good and the girls worked so hard in difficult circumstances as on Sunday morning the whole hotel got up together :) the girls coped with it fabulously. The boys and girls on the pool bar/restuarnt work so hard to keep you all cool and happy and the guys at night make the most amazing cocktails. We went to athens to watch coldplay which was the most amazing experiance of a life time and Hotel fresh was the perfect place to stay. The owners/management of this hotel should be very proud of their staff and thereself. I am a hotelier myself and I'm picky, you exceeded all my expectations. We had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Athens The Ilisian. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and everything feels incredibly fresh, modern and high quality. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. From the team outside helping with cars, to reception, the restaurant and breakfast staff, the pool team and housekeeping, everyone was extremely friendly, professional and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options and a really nice setting. The location is also very convenient, around a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of Athens, with the metro nearby and several notable parts of the city within walking distance. The highlight for us as a family was definitely the pool. It is a fantastic space with plenty of loungers and cabanas, as well as food and drinks available throughout the day. Our son absolutely loved the diving board and spent hours jumping into the pool! It made the hotel a particularly enjoyable place to come back to after exploring Athens. We would highly recommend the Conrad Athens. It works equally well for a family holiday, a couple’s getaway or a business trip. A really excellent hotel and we would happily stay again.
