We spent 5 unforgettable days at Polemarhi PANORAMA villas as a group of 4, and everything was absolutely perfect! The villa feels like a true paradise—the views are stunning, the pool area is beautiful, and the entire place is exceptionally clean, quiet, and peaceful. Stefanos is an incredible host. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The property has everything you could possible need. Extra kitchenware, bedding, pillows, and plenty of utensils for everything you need to sort yourselves out. Great rooms, air con and a fabulous pool.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Katerina and her family were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived in Crete during a few very rainy days in Chania, and Katerina was so accommodating from the very beginning. She welcomed us personally and allowed us to check in much earlier than the official check-in time, which made a huge difference after our journey. She had even left some food in the fridge for us and for our little one, which was such a thoughtful touch. As requested, she also prepared a baby cot and a high chair for our daughter, so everything was ready when we arrived. The villa was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Having a heated pool was a huge bonus, especially during the rainy days when we couldn’t spend much time outside. We were still able to relax, enjoy the property and make the most of our holiday despite the weather. We genuinely have nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful, and we truly appreciated Katerina’s hospitality and all the effort she and her family put into making us feel welcome. Thank you for making our stay in Crete so lovely! We would happily come back. ❤️

Everything - spacious and clean and with all the necessary things

This is the second time we have stayed in Villa Hermes. This time we returned with 40+ family and friends, hired all 3 villas and got married! The view is amazing, the facilities are great - pool, games room, barbeque area - even a lift! All rooms have balconies or a terrace. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. The host is great and looked after us really well including a fabulous welcome pack of local produce.

This is a gorgeous property that I would highly recommend. The property is spacious and modern with a great pool area. The owners and agent went out of their way to look after us and were incredible hosts throughout our 4 week stay. It’s excellent for families with young children with multiple cots, high chairs and stair gates on request and the kitchen is really well equipped. The cleaners were really thorough and the view and setting is also 10/10.

Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel, we absolutely loved every minute of our short stay here! The hotel is beautiful, it’s obviously recently refurbished and has a very relaxed luxurious and very cool ambience. But it’s the staff that really make it feel extra special. We were treated like VIPs as soon as we arrived, which having spoken to other people staying here is obviously how everyone is treated which is so lovely. Maria was amazing, she made us feel so welcome straight away and clearly wanted us to enjoy every minute of our stay here, we have never had such an amazing welcome to a hotel and we have stayed in many amazing hotels around the world. All the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, and also all really happy to chat and get to know you in a really genuine way, such lovely people. The manager Andreas went out of his way to accommodate our specific needs and he is clearly the reason why the hotel is run so smoothly and all the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs, so important. We booked this hotel because our son loves waterslides and he wasn’t disappointed! There are 4 really good slides which he could go down endlessly and lovely lifeguards there to help. What was nice was that the slides are set back a bit from the rest of the pool area, so in its own area, but not completely separated like other hotels we’ve been to. This means that for those not interested in the slides it’s not in your view and you don’t need to be any where near them as the rest of the pool area is really large with loads of sunbeds. But for the parents whose kids want to go on the slides, you don’t feel like you’re separated away from the main area and it’s just a nice chilled part to sunbathe in. There’s also other areas around the pool for smaller children to play and enjoy and for parents to still be in the main area and not feel separated.

The hotel, staff, food, pools, waterpark, drinks, animation program was perfect. The beach is a 2 minutes walk on a paved road. Beach is rocky but we had a car for the whole stay. 4 minutes Ride on the same beach there is a sand beach. Wife is gluten free - She had no problem to choose for food (everything labeled)

Fantastic staff, friendly and super helpful - they responded quickly to any requests we had. My son loved the beach volley games. Also, a well equipped gym. Thank you!

The entire experience was unforgettable! Elegant design, waterfront location, hospitable staff, excellent food, and to us the fact that the entire resort is 100% accessible to people with disabilities was crucial. Thanks to the staff for making our stay the most pleasant we had in Crete!

Very nice place but need to rent a car taxi very expensive

All what is needed for slow, pieceful resting in a single place - pool, the view to the sea from a window, delicious food, friendly staff, sea in 150m distance if you prrefer it (pebble / not sharp stones, pebble shoes helps).. Rental car probably is a must, and then can explore western Crete from here

Everything was perfect, the staff are very helpfull, they take care of all, they are very open to talk and they suggest a lot of beautiful things to do,how to do it ,and what to eat Beautiful hotel,beautiful pool, the breakfast and the restaurant are very very good also I will come back ,no doubts And I will recomend this hotel to all of my friends and family that come to Crete!

The pool area is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is excellent – definitely a 10/10. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
