Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price

this is a beautiful hotel where the facilities are great and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped gym was a great place for our morning workout sessions and the excellent 20 meter pool is perfect for swimming laps, as well as just relaxing in. The staff here were so nice and friendly and made us feel so welcomed and would make sure we had what we needed at all times. we absolutely loved it. this was a perfect place to spend a few relaxing mother and daughter days in the sun.

The resort is so beautiful with a unique Boho style interiors. The room and the facilities were amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I can mention Antonis in the a la carte restaurant who was very friendly and happy person and was willing to help in anyway to make our stay more enjoyable, also the reception ladies were helpful and attentive. The playroom was a big bonus as the weather was windy and rainy, we spent time in the playroom which has a big variety of different games and board games. The cocktails in the pool bar were really good and the food in general was excellent. Highly recommended resort especially that La Mer is part of IHG group now.

Fantastic rooms with private access to a 30-meter long pool (Superior Studio). Cristal clear water. Very exclusive atmosphere. Other rooms have direct access to other pools but a bit less private. Five pools in total. Nice sea views although quite partial. Well located 50-meter away from a small square where you find a Mini-Market and 3 nice restaurants, one of them having live Greek dances on Thursday evening.

Brilliant place, the owner Andreas and his family are so welcoming and helpful. Traditional Cretan taverna with great food and the best views as it's high up looking right across the beautiful Askifou plain and surrounding mountains. Easy to find on main route through the valley, with the accommodation tucked away behind the taverna, private and quiet. Swimming pool was brilliant as we were there in August. Accomodation was great for a family of three with our own little studio with all facilities and more of those lovely views. Good insect blinds and shutters meant we could have windows open for cooler night breeze which was lovely. We would love to go back in spring and go walking!
