We had a great time at Sandy Beach thanks to the amazing staff and facilities ! The location is great - by the sea, not far from the Kavos strip and a pool, bar, restaurant and shop can all be found on site. The food and drinks on offer are amazing and they organise a really fun Greek night on Fridays. We had the best time ever and can't wait to come back !

We had an absolutely fantastic 7-night stay at Nikos Villas and honestly couldn't have asked for more! The pool area was the highlight for us — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The pergola and poolside seating gave it such a lovely, relaxed holiday atmosphere. A big plus was having a bar right there on-site! It was great being able to grab a cold drink or a cocktail by the pool without having to leave the property. The staff behind the bar were friendly and always up for a chat, and it made lazy pool days even better. The location is genuinely unbeatable. We were just a short, easy walk from Kavos town centre, so getting to the bars, shops, and nightlife was never a hassle, yet the villas themselves felt peaceful and quiet enough for a proper rest at night. The beach was also within easy walking distance — beautiful golden sand and clear blue water, perfect for spending lazy afternoons. Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. There are so many great tavernas and restaurants just around the corner from the villas, serving everything from authentic Greek dishes to more familiar options, all at really reasonable prices. We especially loved sitting out in the evenings trying different local restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff at Nikos Villas were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to recommend places to eat or things to do. Everything about this trip — the pool, the on-site bar, the beaches, the restaurants, and the overall value for money — made it an incredible holiday. We'd 100% come back and would recommend Nikos Villas to anyone looking for a great base in Kavos!

The pool was perfect - 2.5m deep at one end, 1m deep at the other. And the water wasn't cold. The apartment was spacious and finished to a high standard; the bed was comfortable; the balcony a good size; and the air-conditioning effective. The breakfast and dinner options at the bar-restaurant were delicious and well-presented. The whole of the property was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Despite the close proximity to the lively centre of Kavos, Konstantina Apartments is an oasis of calm. The beach really is only a three minute walk. It has a beautiful view across the Ionian Sea to mainland Greece. It's perhaps not the best beach for lying on because it's very flat. However, we walked ten minutes southwards along the beach and round a tiny "headland" and came to a completely empty part. You need to take your own towel and sun umbrella (although ask Konstantina if she has one to lend you! (We'd already bought one at another beach). We had a rental car so that we could visit other beaches and parts of the island. We throughly recommend this.

I couldn’t have imagined a better holiday than the one I had at this hotel. It is a wonderful place to stay, with clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious rooms. The mattress was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool was lovely, and the beach was just a few steps away, with sunbeds available for guests. The location is excellent, with several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a very good Italian restaurant on site. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. I had a wonderful time at the complex! The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful in every way, making me feel right at home. The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, providing a great start to the day. Every evening, there were themed events that provided the perfect opportunity to socialize with both the staff and other guests. The location was absolutely perfect - just a 7-minute walk to the city center and a mere 3 minutes from the private beach, where comfortable loungers awaited us. A big thank you to Penny and the rest of the Mediterian Blue Staff for making our stay so special. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would definitely love to return in the future.

The hotel is located relatively close to the sea, the rooms and the territory are clean, cleaned daily. But I especially want to note the staff at the reception, who are always ready to help and solve any questions.

The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal—right in the heart of everything, yet so peaceful and tranquil. The garden area is honestly the most beautiful we’ve ever seen, and the swimming pool was absolutely perfect. You’re just a two-minute walk from the beach, which made everything so convenient. We would argue that the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even more stunning in person. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Any issues (my fault for not reading instructions) were resolved immediately. When we ran into problems at our next destination, they went above and beyond—offering us the chance to return and stay at a discounted rate, which meant the world to us during a very stressful time. If you're heading to Kavos, this is without a doubt the place to stay. It’s by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Everything is very good! We loved that everything is clean and pool is beautiful. Dora, and everyone who is working here is amazing and frendly! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed in every minute spent in Euphoria!

It was a two bedroom apartment, nice and really clean. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for 4 people. The kitchen was a bit small but with all main necessities, no microwave or oven. Very good communication with the host. Parking available. The best part was the pool, it was large and deep (from 0,7 to 2,7 m), the kids enjoyed it so much that it was hard to convince them to leave. The breakfast were available at the pool bar for additional cost, overall tasty and fear prices.

Immediate located to the beach and nice pool. Very friendly and customer focused staff. Friendly pricing at the bar for food & drinks. Bars and restaurants on a 5 min walk. However, at hotel no noise from city center. We enjoyed our stay!
