The beach has so many colourful fish and the atmosphere of the hotel was always positive and happy. We were spoilt on our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Location is quiet but there is literally everything you need nearby (super market, Gas station, coffee spots, bakery, a couple great seaside restaurants for fresh fish, a couple great restaurants for meat, a few great beaches -the closest and best, in my opinion, being Psarou Beach). The Villa is very spacious and modern, very large garden for children to play in the afternoon, easy spacious parking.

We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was perfect! The property is set in landscaped gardens with several raised terrace areas to sit and look out at the ocean. There is a small beach bar about 50meters away from the property that is connected to the hotel next door and also a very good restaurant less than 200 yds walk. The property is literally 50meters from the sea and is set in a really quiet and relaxing location. We hired a Quad Bike for a couple of days that was perfect to explore the Island. There is also a very reliable and inexpensive bus service that runs to Zakynthos Town, leaves three times and returns three times each day, the Bus Stop is less than 2 minutes walk from the Villa It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, the Villa is well equipped - coffee machine, great shower, really comfortable mattress etc. The holiday was made extra special because of our host, Dimitrios who was so helpful in explaining everything we needed to know and no ask was too much trouble! Dimitrios also helped us with arranging the Quad Bike and even posted something back to England that I'd accidentally left in the Villa. Will definitely return. The villa, location and Dimitrios were absolutely faultless!

Absolutely perfect; Gerry was a very kind and attentive host. The pool was very large and usually empty, making you feel very tranquil and relaxed in (almost) your own pool! The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, with much-needed aircon. The terrace was a good size with amazing sea views and pool views. The shower room was modern and spacious with regular towel changes. The kitchenette area had everything to make breakfast and lunches / light dinners. Gerry often left fresh apricots from his tree, which tasted delicious! The supermarket very nearby is open every day and late too. The sea is just a 10mins walk away and the restaurant there, Vardiola, offered lovely Greek food right by the waves. Definitely would recommend staying here as it's very central for getting to the north, west and south of the island in much the same time (approx 40mins). 10/10 and thank you Gerry!
