Beautiful atmosphere and great food at restaurant. We loved the stay

Breakfast was well presented and fresh. nice open air dining space.

Excellent stay — a welcoming hotel in every sense I stayed at Futura Hotel for 3nights and I was genuinely impressed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with two private balconies overlooking a beautiful garden full of exotic plants and palm trees 🌴the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. The hotel was welcoming in every sense: not only was the space well maintained, but the staff were truly kind, warm, and helpful throughout the stay. You can really feel the family-run spirit behind it, which adds a lot of charm and comfort. To be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, because I had read a very negative review online before booking. But after my stay, I realized that the review was far from realistic — more like a personal attack than an objective description. My experience was the exact opposite: pleasant, relaxed, and positive in every aspect. I didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was generous and well curated, with a good mix of sweet and savory options, all fresh and nicely presented. The pool area was clean and peaceful, with sunbeds always available. The location is quiet but well connected, just a short walk to the beach and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel — ideal for reaching Chania or other areas. In short, great value for money, and a perfect base to relax or explore western Crete. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it especially to those who might have doubts like I did. You’ll be pleasantly surprised

Fantastic staff, lovely activities available like a trip to Elafonisi and Chania. Food was great.

Stunning beach front property with amazing food and attentive staff at the bar and restaurant. The à la carte menu was delicious and served all day which we loved.

Very friendly stuff and nice resort for relax

The location is fantastic with sea views, the owners and staff are very welcoming and attentive. The grounds are well maintained, along with the pool. GT Beach is a great place if you are looking for a place to chill by the pool or beach, this is the place for you. Although GT Beach is on a strip of other hotels, it is apart from the rest so you have the feeling of separation from the crowds while being in a location that is central to all the amenities you would ever want ie: Bars, Restaurants, shops and of course Beaches...

We received an excellent treatment all through the stay. The Hostess Ms. Konstantina and the cleaning ladies were all very helpful, very friendly and very pleasant.

The place is very comfortable and beatiful. Beach is located 30 seconds from the hotel. Also, near is located restaurant, food there also is very delicious and service is on high level. The view from balcony is directly on the sea. Room is clean. Very grateful to Sophia, that she helped us with pharmacy! I recommend this place to every one who want to have peaceful vacation near the sea.

The pool, staff, everything was great!

The environment was very relaxing, away from the city. The setting around the pool is great. The hosts are very nice and greet you very well.

It was perfect for us. Nice location, big apartment, nice pool, very calm there and very kind people.

The staff, the location, the food, cleanliness. I have to say that from the two lovely ladies at reception, the bar and restaurant staff to the amazing gentleman that owns Bella Pais, they all are the most friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place , it's not luxurious but it's clean and cousy and you feel like home.

Excellant villa in beautiful location absolutely perfect

Location, plenty of restaurants 50m - 100m of the property, supermarket 30m, beach across the road. Cleaner came in during the week. Our host Filio was at our beck and call and made our stay so comfortable. Welcome basket was a nice little perk. We have a telephone line to 24/7 reception. We were treated like we were in a hotel but we had our own private pool. The pool was a perfect depth at 1.7m. Also a nice was along the prom.

We enjoyed a family holiday at this beautiful villa and were welcomed by our very kind host, Chara, who left us some delicious refreshments to enjoy after our long journey. The villa is stunning with a fabulous pool and views of the sea. It is very peaceful but also close to shops and restaurants which are a two minute walk away. It is also perfectly placed for catching a bus to Chania - the stop is opposite the big supermarket close to the vila and you pay when you are on the bus - and visits to Falassarna and Elafonissi Beach are also worthwhile (the car hire place next to the supermarket can help with this). We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing place with even more amazing hosts! We were made to feel so welcome by the whole family and will 100% be returning next year. We came as guests and left as friends! Great location less than 10mins walk to a lovely beach, great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The room was perfect and had everything you needed and the pool was exceptionally clean. Great pool bar with a good selection of drinks and food available. It was perfect! Big thanks again to Giannis, Eleni and family for making our holiday so special.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kyriakos and his colleague fulfill everything we want. The room service is also impressed. Awesome food. The hotel provides Cretan cuisine and plenty of drinks. Good Location. The hotel locates in Gorgeous coastline of the quiet Maleme village. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.
