Management and Staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating and I was very pleased with the stay as the whole family were. Staff went out of their way to make your stay better and were exceptionally friendly. We would certainly come back again to the hotel as many people seem to also do.

Location was perfect, 10 mins walk to beach, bus stop right outside apartment building to take you into main strip. Staff were very friendly. Food was very good.

Great location, very close to the seaside, pool good for children and adults( one side has 2.7m death), very cosy hotel to rest, perfect size of the premises. You have chance to relax and not to be surrounded by hundreds of people. Very nice Staff. Greek evening with dancers performing- staff encoraged guests to take part in dancing and contests. We stayed in apartament Just above the pool, inside 2 separate rooms with TVs- perfect if you come with kids, kitchen with all you need to make breakfast, fridge, toster etc. Maleme location also great, close to bus stops, tasty tawerns. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent stay — a welcoming hotel in every sense I stayed at Futura Hotel for 3nights and I was genuinely impressed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with two private balconies overlooking a beautiful garden full of exotic plants and palm trees 🌴the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. The hotel was welcoming in every sense: not only was the space well maintained, but the staff were truly kind, warm, and helpful throughout the stay. You can really feel the family-run spirit behind it, which adds a lot of charm and comfort. To be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, because I had read a very negative review online before booking. But after my stay, I realized that the review was far from realistic — more like a personal attack than an objective description. My experience was the exact opposite: pleasant, relaxed, and positive in every aspect. I didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was generous and well curated, with a good mix of sweet and savory options, all fresh and nicely presented. The pool area was clean and peaceful, with sunbeds always available. The location is quiet but well connected, just a short walk to the beach and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel — ideal for reaching Chania or other areas. In short, great value for money, and a perfect base to relax or explore western Crete. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it especially to those who might have doubts like I did. You’ll be pleasantly surprised

Nice place to stay, pool is not too crowded even in the high season. Staff is awesome and cleaning was done everyday. Car rental can be done from hotel, same family runs GeePas car rent, big recommedation for that also. Get wheels and explore the beautifull island! Small kitchen with basic stuff to cook with if you choose so. Aircon worked well during our stay and outside temps were between 30-37. Was great to get room chilled for night time. Big balcony in the room we stayed.
