This is an amazing property in a stunning setting. All the staff were very polite and attentive from the minute we arrived until we left. Our room was well presented and had a comfy bed along with provision for hot drinks. The bathroom was clean and modern with toiletries provided. The property offers breakfast and an evening meal which can be taken on the terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape looking to the sea. Our evening meal was exceptional with a good choice of traditional and modern cuisines. You can also take advantage of the pool which was very welcome during a hot afternoon.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night during a road trip. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, the room clean and lovely and the sea-view from the balcony definitelly does the trick. Walking to the sandy beach outside is just 10 meters. Really great.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is just another guesthouse, it is a stylish and well set up boutique hotel with lovely, personable hosts. Antigone + Pierre even made sure we were ok and had enough of everything when we got sick during our trip. Amazing breakfasts, amazing service, amazing views - in the dusk you might even see the bats and owls that live nearby. Rooms have very quiet but effective AC and everything you need. Pool area is also very serene, you can easily spend a day lounging around taking in the surroundings. Highly recommended if looking to be based near Gythio/eastern Mani, which is only a few minutes drive away.

A very good apartment in a nice complex, with a great view of the sea (the beach is not in walking distance). Vivi is a great host, very warm and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well organised and equipped. The pool is great, and we loved the large balcony which was just next to the pool and yet we had enough privacy. We had really good time in Malvazios and we enjoyed much. Thank you Vivi and the staff
