The people were amazing at this hotel. Mario, Wendy and Rosme were amazing. I arrived with my husband and three children, one of which was an infant. When they saw my family they immediately upgraded our room bc they wanted us to have more room and feel more comfortable with the family at no additional cost. The girls that work there were so attentive, they saw us drying our wet clothes and immediately took them and said they would do it! They were always sweet with my kids and even offered to watch my baby while I was eating. They were the most welcoming people and not to mention the beautiful scenery and grounds. I did not want to leave!!!! Very special place, pristine and gorgeous.

Fantastic jungle lodge! The jungle huts were amazing, each located by the water. Room was very cute, clean and spacious. The pool is nice and well taken care of. We could not have asked for anything more!

Breakfast was delicious and prices were comparable to restaurants outside of hotel. Hotel also offered an hour or two (don't remember clearly) of free little foot paddling boats, which was fun to pass the time. The hotel is nice and secure as well with security outside of resort. Loved that they were pet friendly as well, so I got to bring my pup along!

This was the best place I stayed in my three weeks in Guatemala! Should've come here first. I appreciated how clean my room and bathroom were! Great A/C and a ceiling fan. The bedroom window had a screen. The young ladies were always helpful and friendly! They call for a tuk-tuk if you need one. As a bonus, they said the 8am boat to Rio Dulce picks up right at the property dock, so no need to go into town.

Situated right on the water, this hotel offered a beautiful restaurant, hammocks to relax in, and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The room was very clean, the shower had good hot water and pressure.
