Very convenient for boat work, clean comfortable, air con, and swimming pool, a real treat

Breakfast was lovely, with a choice for eggs done 4 different ways. We ate most of our meals at Rinjani, as we really just stopped & relaxed here. All the meals were great, although they don't do pizza anymore. The room was clean, had a mosquito net & although we were concerned there was no air-conditioner, we found it was not required as there was a great breeze from the ocean most of the time. The pool was well maintained & loved the fact we could just walk into the ocean. We were able to borrow snorkel masks to go snorkeling straight from our room, with lots of beautiful fish to be seen. My husband went fishing one day, which was arranged by the resort & he enjoyed it. Overall, we were very impressed with Rinjani & all the staff couldn't have been more helpful!

It was great. Our host was at the property to receive us and exchange telephone number with us to ensure that we can contact him for any needs. He also offered recommendations and provided insights on how to navigate the local area

This property is so peaceful and quiet off the beaten track. It takes some finding, but once there you are greeted by the staff with a welcome drink. As it is at least 10 minutes motorbike ride from the main road it is best to bring supplies as there is an adequate kitchen for cooking simple meals and a fridge/ freezer. This is a place to chillout and not leave the property. At night sitting in the swimming pool with a drink in hand looking to the stars.

I totally fell in love with the chill vibe and the relaxed feeling of the place. The design and the folks working there are so cool. I happened to show up at just the right time when everything was slowed down. Met the owner, Arda, who's super charismatic and has big plans. We had a great chat about business and the mix of Indonesian and Malaysian cultures. I'm definitely coming back here for sure. If you looking for a place to have some peace of your mind. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well arranged with all the buildings and amenities. We loved the pool and poolside loungers. It was fun to bring out the karaoke machine and sing around the pool. It was fun having the pool table and badminton court. We loved the spa services on-site. The private beach was awesome and the kayaks fun to have. The staff was so attentive and accommodating, met all our needs, and made our stay very special. It was fun to interact and get to know some of them. The entire staff participated in an unforgettable anniversary celebration for us on the beach with a huge bonfire, music, dancing, and fireworks....so much fun! We also like the commemorative coconut tree planting. The well lit grounds at night and security was also appreciated.

Staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and good food. Coffee was a highlight! Really nice to be able to talk to the owner about the resort.

Anya and Ben are the best hosts. They give an attention to every detail: design, comfortable, excellent service, excellent food, excellent environment.

We stayed in a ocean view villa. It was outstanding. Dining and breakfast in the open were also excellent.

The staff were so friendly and helpful

This was a magical experience. A trip back in time set amongst antiquities from the Indonesian and Javanese times gone by. The staff were kind, giving, attentive and the GM Mr Faisal spent time sharing the story of Tugu, its history, the family and the construction. He was wonderful and very good at the helm of his staff of 105.

Amazing place to disconnect and relax. The diving school is also great. Out villa was big and clean with a private pool.

The property is right across a snorkelling spot and across the beach! It is conveniently located for sunrise viewing. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good, we had the oatmeal and yogurt option everyday.

The location is amazing we saw the turtle on our fist dive there! Make sure to go snorkeling in the morning as that is when high tide is! :) Staff is very friendly and wants to help out always. The beach area is very nice and lots of sunbeds to choose from.

The property is new and beautiful and very well kept. Everything is very clean very nice and very modern. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to assist us.

Phenomenal location and staff! The rooms were clean and quiet. The wifi is excellent. Complaints about the bar next door are overstated. Pool is beautiful and well managed and the breakfast is awesome.

Perfect location right at the beach, you're having breakfast with a sea view. Chill out vibe with a local touch (Hindu offerings, flowers, meditation music at breakfast). Staff very friendly and smiling. We had a nice set of toiletries.

The place is beachfront and near the turtle spot. The room is big and the air con is great. Good breakfast. The staff is amazing, we forgot a neck pillow in there and they sent it to us in Gili meno.

The design for the bungalow, the breakfast amazing ! We love the Banana Pancake. It's absolutely recommended! & in front the restaurant the have spot for snorkeling. We love to comeback 💕

We had a fantastic stay at Sunny Rose. The property was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better—a 30-second walk and you’re right on the beautiful beach. What really sets this place apart is the incredible team. The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive, always stopping to chat, checking in to see if you need anything, sharing great local food recommendations, and seamlessly arranging day trips and transport. On top of that, the owners was a regular face throughout our stay; just speaking with them, you can truly feel the genuine love they have for their staff, the property, and the island. We also really enjoyed the live acoustic music in the evenings. It created a great atmosphere and wrapped up early enough that our sleep was never disturbed. Highly recommended!

- We arrived at 12pm and were welcomed with a fruit bowl and watermelon juice. Then they allowed us to check in early. - The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. - The location is the ultimate. Right by the beach. You can relax on the recliners whilst watching the sunrise. - The food is nice too, especially the green curry. *This was the second place we stayed at on Gili Air. If I have the opportunity to return, I’ll definitely stay here again.
