The host was gorgeous. He greeted us very kindly with new towels and a hint for a nice restaurant and offered his help if we needed anything. Thanks a lot

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I stayed here with my girlfriend because we needed to go to the hospital next to it. The rooms is really comfortable, nice pool and even a small gym. The food was good and the staff was really understandable for my girlfriend with her sensitive stomach. The guy from the restaurant even brought out himself a breakfast to our room for my girlfriend because she has a sensitive stomach. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. They catered to every whim and request with a smile and proactively. The support via WhatsApp was real time and always excellent. The provided us with a fan, extension power cord, flexibility with the breakfast menus and vouchers for the Jaens spa, which was also good. The shuttle to Ubud town and back was extremely helpful, given the general chaotic nature of the Palace and Market area! The terrace offers spectacular panoramic views and tranquility. We cannot rave about the people at Sabana Ubud and how graceful they were in being exceptional hosts to us and our 8 year old son.

The pool is truly clean, and it's a pleasure to eat and drink by the pool. Our room was comfortable enough. You can easily get to and from the center by using the shuttle service at certain times during the day. They also helped us rent a motorbike. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We also used the laundry service and were pleased with it. The prices were also very reasonable .The breakfast is certainly different from a Turkish breakfast, but that's perfectly normal. If you want to bring your habits here, you'll be disappointed. They prepare wonderful things from their own culture for you. They even gave us a survey for breakfast. They care about self-improvement, and that's enough. Above all, the people are genuinely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The overall experience is awesome, surrounded with nature. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Requested to borrow the universal adapter, the staff. Immediately sent to my room to resolve our panic as the phone battery was dying. Not to mention, their food is nice especially the duck bertutu, a must try food.
