We were upgraded to the Royal Suite when we stayed here for 2 nights this Christmas, and couldn’t believe our luck! The view is absolutely incredible and the room features a hot tub, sauna and steam room! It was like staying in our own personal spa! The staff were lovely and very attentive. Since it was Christmas we were treated to carols, live music and fireworks, and the food was incredible for every meal. Highly recommended!

The location is beautiful amongst a Cardamom plantations and surrounded by tea estates. Super staff : kind, efficient and helpful. The meals at the barn were very tasty. The in-house activities with a naturalist were enjoyable. Not to mention the high tea in the afternoon.

Stayed: 22–24 October We had an excellent stay at The Leaf Munnar. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made our stay feel very special. One of the highlights for us was sitting outside on the terrace in the morning with a cup of coffee. Even though it was raining, hearing the birds singing and taking in the fantastic view created such a peaceful and memorable moment. It truly became one of the best parts of our visit. We had both breakfast and dinner included, and the food was wonderful. Because it was buffet-style, there were always plenty of choices, so it was easy for everyone to find something they liked. Everything we tried was delicious. The hotel is a little outside the centre, but absolutely worth the drive. The surroundings are serene, green, and incredibly beautiful. We also enjoyed the surprise tea time — we hadn’t known about it, and the staff kindly invited us to join, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area looked beautiful, even though we couldn’t use it due to the rain. And one evening, the hotel set up a large fire / bonfire, creating a warm and atmospheric setting. It was truly lovely and added to the charm of our stay. Overall, The Leaf Munnar offered exceptional service, beautiful scenery, and a wonderfully peaceful environment. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar.

First of all the Hotel is situated in a amazing place. The staff, from desk- to room service team, are very friendly and helpful. One felt quickly comfortable and looked after. The dining had a amazing variety. Something for everybody. And if you don’t find something, you ask they make it for you. All in all it was a super experience.

Very nice resort in Munnar, handful activities for kids as well, Swimming pool is nice and big. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service is real fast and the staffs behavior very welcoming.

Amazing view of hills and waterfall from room, swimming pool, and restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Also had some lovely extras that you don't find in many hotels, free afternoon tea with a view and about 6pm someone comes to room to check everything okay and give you a snack. Also, daily activities, like yoga, morning nature, walk to waterfall etc All staff helpful and smiley. We will definitely return to this hotel when next in India

A wonderful hotel set amongst the tea plantations with exceptional views of the waterfall and the surrounding countryside. A delightful terrace for eating and drinking, set next to the swimming pool. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed with excellent bathrooms. Moreover, the staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and courteous that contributed to a lovely two days of relaxation and walking amongst the tea plantations.

A wonderful stay which is was very clean and comfortable. The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and a wonderful view from the balcony. Great hospitality from the helpful staff. Brilliant facilities indoors, ranging from a swimming pool, gym, and sports/conference hall. In house restaurant served nice food.
