All the staff in Reception, room service, housekeeping and bellboys were excellent. Special mention for Aishwarya Jaiswar, Amol (Reception who helped us check in), Rama Mausi in housekeeping. If staff provides good service then other minor things are always let go by guests. Keep up the good work.

The apartment is HUGE and beautifully decorated. There is sufficient equipment (water purifier, hob, washing machine etc) to allow for a comfortable stay. The owners of the property are absolutely lovely. They provided us with outstanding advice and assistance throughout our stay and even attended at the airport following a late arrival to ensure we got to the apartment safe and well! The area felt safe and there were no issues during our stay.

My room was clean and well equipped. Huge comfortable bad, bathroom equipped in shower and bathtub as well. Staff very kind and helpful. Hotel is placed in very good localisation. Close to Mumbais airport.

Breakfast is good, have variety of choice. I suggest maybe add in more western/ Asian cuisine. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, this make me doesn’t feel loss in a new place far from hometown. Always have staffs approach to offer help when we are lost. Room is very clean and up to standard.
