The location was perfect near the beach. Parking is good as well.

Our stay had a homey vibe and it was clean. Host was also friendly ,it was short but sweet.

Great location in the countryside on a beautiful property. The breakfast was excellent with home made bread and yogurt. The host was very friendly..

Beautiful clean place, pool was amazing, family run. Owners were so sweet, we had wine and snacks around the table even though I don’t speak any Italian they make you feel like home. Room and terrace were stunning. Rooms are cleaned every day.

Everything was more then perfect, best stay in whole Sardinie. Fabrizio is very kind and so helpful men. I wish to come back one day. All the property is like a new one. Outside kitchen, garden and pool.. lovely place at all. Thank you, apreciate everything you did for us. 🙏🙏

We arrived late at night but Adriana was very helpful and met us along the road to Modolo village - the Google maps directions seem to be a little off. The apartment was really comfortable and clean - perfect for a family of 5. We loved the views of the surrounding countryside from the balcony. The kitchen was really well-equipped and the pool area was fantastic for the kids. There are supermarkets nearby in Bosa if you want to cook. We got takeaway pizza in Modolo and ate in Adriana's lovely garden. We only had time to visit one beach a little south of Modolo. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to go back for a little longer next time!

so comfy and nice property. location also good as you can reach out easily west parts of sardnia
