The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Very high-end curated decor with a stunning view of the Langhe countryside. Rooms are spacious and luxurious with all the amenities needed. Staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and discrete. The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience with local dishes. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

We got a large room on the upper floor which was perfect with the baby girls. Super nice and helpful owners. A very relaxing stay. Eating at the downstairs restaurant is a must.

It is a very authentic, small house, that has everything you need. The location is great, quite and close to a forrest.

Lovely stay. A retreat where you can disconnect from the stress and noise of everyday life — or from the tourists in other parts of northern Italy. Clean and cosy, with a great pool and a beautiful view. A truly charming, atmospheric old countryside house, full of lovely little details. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a great few days there as two adults, two kids and our dog. Thank you for having us!

Breakfast was full of Local produce and served to us within the familys property.

There are no words to describe the amazing hospitality of Mrs. Fabiana and her family. The extraordinary culture, politeness and helpfulness towards guests make you feel special. Additionally, the location and surroundings of casa fabiana are amazing. For breakfast you will have a royal selection of cheeses, sweets and healthy dishes. Fabiana will make you the best coffee or tea you have ever had. In the evening, you can feast on Sardinian cuisine, prepared to the highest standard. And all this at a reasonable price.

The cottage was in a great location to explore the wonderful Piedmonte. It was a typical country house set within rolling hills of hazelnut groves. It had excellent heating and internet.The space was ideal for two couples or a small family.

Beautifull location, fantastic room with view, the silence of the area and the friendliness of the host all great. We had to leave a bit early Monday morning and the host arranged for us to still have breakfast despite that is was early. Great hotel, great people, fantastic venue

We had an absolutely great stay here, the house is beautiful, the owners super friendly, the view magnificent, and the pool one big treat ofter a day of visiting the pretty villages in the neighbourhood. Every morning the breakfast was a real party with all kinds of home made delicacies. We definitely recommend this place

Brilliant location, a period property/apartment in a typical Italian farming hamlet, although the property is located on the main road there is next to no noise from the road due to it being so remote. Good amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay, excellent pool in the back garden.
