Warm, personalised attention and a consistently cosy atmosphere. A combination of many small details that together create a truly memorable experience. The addition of the spa is an excellent improvement, and the beers and food were outstanding as well. Last but not least is the great location. This is probably why I’ve been returning to this hotel for the past 10 years.

Hotel Gran Paradis is an exceptional boutique hotel. It was immaculately clean; warm, friendly and hospitable staff; facilities were perfect for our family of four. The food was excelllent and diverse during our 4 night stay and extremely accommodating to my celiac/gluten free spouse. Creative and delicious Dinner 3-4 courses plus a salad bar, with exquisite service. Breakfast easy and filling with varieties of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and breads. The rooms were cozy, but elegant and had a clean chalet style. Had all the amenities to relax and enjoy downtime.Wonderful views of mountains everywhere. The facilities were perfect to relax;two saunas to accommodate - textile free sauna and swimsuit sauna, warm solarium, spacious pool and relaxing outdoor hot tub. The staff are very kind in this family run hotel. We also enjoyed the hotel bar to relax with our family to play cards. Ski shuttle in hotel parking lot made my hard to impress sons very happy! Location in town is perfect and access to surrounding trails ensured we didn’t use our car the entire trip- we could walk easily to everything. Free outdoor parking was also nice but there is indoor garage parking. We travel in Europe frequently and this hotel is everything we were looking for: excellent service; clean, modern rooms; facilities to relax; great location; delicious, fresh food; and a welcoming family environment! It was excellent ski in / out for the property straight off the sellaronda orange. The food was excellent, quite delicate and authentic. The staff were very attentive, professional and very polite. The ski and boot room was excellent, lots of space. We all enjoyed the decor as well.

Room and bathroom were of good size and nicely appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Also a nice touch about free happy hour. Location of the hotel was really good and a view from a private balcony was great. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Great place to stay right in the heart of Dolomites.

Perfect toilet. OK beds,(a bit too short for 1.90cm guyl. Cleannes, location, comfort for the money. A couple of very cheap and good ski/snowboard rentals 50 m away.

Perfect location. We didn't have to get into the car when we wanted to go on a hike. Very nice staff, great food. We appreciated that part of the wellness and relaxation areas were adult only

From minute we arrived till we left, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and very well looked after. The hotel is spotless. Everything looks fab. The spa area was amazing. Fabulous stay at a fabulous hotel.

We had a perfectly equipped, clean, fragrant and spacious apartment with a kitchen where nothing was missing, hotel breakfast with a varied and tasty selection, amazing wellness, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub with a beautiful view of the mountains, everything clean and well maintained, pizzerias, bars nearby and cable cars. And, of course, great options for high-altitude hiking in all possible directions, which was the main goal of our active vacation in the beautiful Dolomites.
