The location was perfect with spectacular views. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was a big hit with the kids and the cherry on the pie was the beautiful restaurant which was in house. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Yamaan at the reception was a big help with directions on how to use the public transport to reach the spots we wanted to explore. Overall a great stay.

I received excellent service from the staff, from the meal service to the spa personnel. Especially helpful was their response when I left my purse on a local bus and they very effectively helped to locate it and have it returned to me. Above and beyond their duties, since I had already checked out. The outdoor pool and garden are lovely, as are the wood-panelled dining rooms upstairs. The outdoor terrace with shady chestnut tree is a beautiful oasis.

Very nice host! The apartment we booked was spacious, perfect after some vanlife. We arrived earlier than the checking and we could use the pool, which was so useful. The pool is super, perfect for the hot weather. There is parking, which is very useful. The city is also very cosy, nice atmosphere!

Amazing room with outstanding mountain views, a balcony and a huge terrace with a private jacuzzi. Nice shower and bed. Hot outdoor pool and indoor sauna. Friendly staff, the manager even drove us to the cable car station upon our departure (even though it’s just a few minutes walk) and gave us a public transport card including the cable car rides to and from Bolzano
