Excellent bnb overlooking the rolling hills of the Marche region. Our host was kind and hospitable.

Perfect for us. Sara and Cecilia are wonderful hosts. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent. The apartment, garden and pool are all very nice and well-maintained.

Fantastic property set in beautiful settings. So peaceful. Everything you need for your stay (except of course food) is in the property. Very spacious. There was 11 of us and not once did we feel that we were on top of each other.

We spent a few calm days in Le Marche, just enjoying the amazing landscape. Room was quite big and very clean, the pool was also super clean as well and there is a hammock in the beautful garden where you can just hang out for a while. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace with great views, just lovely!

A fantastic villa and a fantastic host. Four large ensuite, air conditioned, bedrooms. Decent kitchen, large living/dining room. Nice pool. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So far, as promised online. But when our rental car broke down and got towed away the host Samuella was AMAZING. She dealt with the tow company, garage and rental company. She organised a replacement car with the non-English speaking staff and them drove me to another town to pick it up. She also did all the normal stuff recommending local restaurants, sites and activities ... but this was way beyond what we expected. Thank you!

Cleaned and well kept with stunning views

This is a beautiful hotel, the facilities were amazing and a fantastic swimming pool! The rooms were very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Breakfast with high quality products, many local delicacies! The staff was very friendly and professional! Our stay there was one of the best during our trip in Italy!!!

Location stupenda immersa nel verde!

A charming place in the heart of the agricultural areas of Le Marce. Golden wheat fields and sunflower fields. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful and large pool. Very good breakfast. The host couple is warm and attentive. We had a lovely time.

A charming B&B run by the owners who have turned this beautiful house into a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Absolutely spotless clean room with a very "mild" aircondition cooling without feeling cold wind or draft. The bed was very good and matched with a bathroom that was looking brand new the room is perfect. Also nice there are outlets to charge phone and laptop. The pool is located with a nice view over the impressive Marche landscape. A nice idea is the pool house where you can prepare a snack or drink. What makes the differences to me is the owners. Very friendly and welcoming. Relaxed and caring preparing a tasty breakfast with home made jams, local meats and cheeses or eggs of your choice. We spent much longer at breakfast that normal due to the nice interaction with owners and guests. So if you want to enjoy a calm and relaxed vacation this a perfect spot to relax and visit the beautiful towns in the area. Certainly a B&B to save and revisit for a longer stay. Parking is save and directly near the house.
