Location. Near the beach, close to restaurants

It was easy to find travelling across from Umbria region, via car. Inside room was cheerful decor and very clean. Water hot. Beds comfortable. Lift to 1st floor if wanted. Breakfast amazing. Staff lovely. wonderful pool.

Night porter guy was great and friendly for late night G and T’s.

Has a private parking, owner is more than helpful, every message has been answered in short period, even he was awake to welcome us in the middle of the night, help with a luggage..wonderful

After a long, stressful drive, this was the night we needed! The hosts don't speak English, we don't speak Italian, but we continuously communicated via WhatsApp, using Google translate. They are super friendly and we could understand each other. Parking is behind a gate, as we were the only guests, it was easy. It might be tricky with a SUV when the place is busy, but should be still manageable. We got a very tasty dinner (EUR 35 for the seafood menu), after it we were offered some shots (limoncello, tequila, sherry, whatever you like). The pasta and the bread are home made! The pool was unfortunately closed due to the cold weather, but I could use the jacuzzi after dinner (despite the late hour and being the only one using it). The garden and the view are beautiful. We were in the Rose loft, the room is spacious, with a separate closet. The bathroom is also big, with a bathtub where you have to step down. Strange solution, but this way there is more space to shower than usual. Breakfast was self-service, food was in the fridge and on the table. It was good, some fruit would be even better.
