The view is superb. I took a room on the second floor with a balcony and enjoyed the view all the day. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice with a lot of great food and alcohol options. The stuff is super nice.

There is so much to like. The apartment has been well renovated with lots of nice touches to feel like you are at home. It also has a complete kitchen so you can cook with all the crockery, glassware and utensils you'd need. Along with a large fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine was also appreciated. One of my favourite things was the view from the apartment over the lake and to the mountains. I watched the sunrise every day. It was beautiful. There's a table and chairs on the balcony so great for a morning coffee. Manuela the host is lovely. She left a number of things in the apartment to enjoy including coffee and biscuits, and checked in on me over message a number of times. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you for a delightful stay Manuela!

Goood value for price, location is great if you wish to have quick access to visit the small islands around the lake...1 minute walk to the boats.Isola Bella is a must see and the price for museum and gardens totally worth it. Train station and city center are quite far...15-20 min walk..same for supermarkets, stores, retaurants. There is also a bar downstairs that serves drinks and some foods. If you have spare time..you can walk the pedestrian alley around the lake..it takes you close to city center and has a lot of nice views and places to make photos. The room was nice and quite confortable , there is also a small swimming pool downstairs in the hotel. We also had breakfast here and it was nice.

Walking distance to Mergozzo, beside the lake, beautiful scenery, the pool, lovely to have a terrace to enjoy your breakfast on. Very modern and well kept. The flowers around the property were stunning! Lovely and quiet while we were there.
