Great location, fantastic room and wonderful staff

The property is newly renovated and is situated in one of the most beautiful villages - Guarene - in the Province (and Italy). It’s an easy drive from the local regional city Alba which is also a great place to visit along with the many vineyards and villages in the region. It’s quiet and relaxing. The family and staff who run it are incredibly friendly and helpful and are very proud of what they have created. Breakfast was excellent, and there are loads of restaurants within easy reach.

Location at the winery, stunning views, excellent restaurants in the area, super comfortable beds, very friendly staff with excellent service, rich breakfast, large room with WiFi, Airconditioning and most important excellent wines!

Great location with an Amazing view from the pool. The owners are very friendly and make a great breakfast. We asked for the crib for our son and this was no issue! Rooms are made in an older style but very clean

Perfect location with a stunning view of nearby Neive. Brand new guesthouse with impeccable cleanliness, agreeable hosts, and five minutes by car to countless wineries.

From the moment we arrived at Sedendo e mirando, we felt an immediate sense of calm and welcome. It was clear that every detail had been considered. Our room was not only spacious and extremely comfortable, but also impeccably clean, which is a blessing after a day of travel. But also everyday. The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The views on the vineyards (and if you’re lucky, the Alps) are downright spectacular. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a buffet full of local delicacies prepared by the owners themselves. The two brothers pour their hearts into making guests feel at home. Their dedication and kindness left a lasting impression on us.

Beautifully situated in the vineyard. Easy to locate and altar very helpful. The nearby towns are just gorgeous. I fully recommend a trip to Naevia restaurant. It’s exceptional.

The property looks way nicer than the pictures! immersed in a vineyard valley with sunshine and a nice breeze that keeps the temperature just perfect - the rooms are nice and stylish as well as the beautiful swimming pool and wine cellar. Hosts are also very nice and helpful, definitely recommended. Also, it’s 5 min drive to Barbaresco and 10 min drive to Alba. Thanks for having us, Luca and Christine

Amazing location among Barbaresco vineyards

Luca is very hospitable, and the house has all amenities you could want for a family stay. Location is very quiet in the middle of vineyards, yet close to several villages and sights to see. You can see that the owners love doing what they do, and try to keep improving the experience (eg. Improve the wifi).
