The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel in general is very child friendly, they provided us with a free cot. The food (half-board) was really good. Every morning we got to choose a starter and a main course from 3 options. They have one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever encounted!

The hotel was set in a beautiful garden with swimming pool. unfortunately it was too cold to swim when we were there, but we appreciated very much that our room was heated although there were few guests due to the adverse weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Excellent stay, staff extremely helpful and kind, even with my non existent Italian! Lovely location within walking distance of a small town, where I was able to purchase a few items I was unable to pack, including a headtorch! Staff went above and beyond to provide small extras such as offering eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend and will return.

Location is beautiful - amazing views. Pool was immaculate, apartment very clean. Very peaceful, lots of nature, close to the wonderful town of San Donato and lots of other pretty interesting villages and towns full of walks, culture and friendly people.

Location was absolutely stunning and the local people and staff were very very friendly. The hotel pool and garden area is beautiful with lovely views of the mountains. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean.
