Paolo was incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room is perfect. Spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Even though it’s about 10 minutes from Pisa, you won’t mind at ALL. The beautiful garden and the peaceful silence at night truly steal the show. We highly recommend this place!

The location is very clean, quite and private. Every apartment which is quite large has a terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner, a drink or just enjoy the silence and nice air. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is large and cozy, the kitchen area is well organized and has all the necessary amenities and the whole apartment has a nice and warm feeling to it. 2 small lakes (a life preserve in the making) are nearby, half an hour walk, and the whole area is very relaxing and green.

Pool is very very nice. Breakfast simple but homemade and delicious. Team very friendly with great English. It's very close to Pisa, maybe ten minutes from the old city walls, but feels like you're out in the country. We loved it and wished we could stay longer.

An excellent authentic Italian Villa at the foot of the Pisan mountains that had beautiful views and rural calm but which was also close to the outskirts of a small town/village. A good range of shops, restaurants and villages were within a short walk. The area offered something for all the family - good food, museums and historical sites, walks in the beautiful mountains and plenty of spaces to relax in, including two well maintained pools. We got around using local buses, trains and taxis, which were cheap and mostly reliable. Travel to Pisa and Florence was straightforward. The site manager, Lorenzo, was very friendly and met us on arrival and at our departure. He was helpful throughout the stay and responded promptly to queries via text messages. All in all, an excellent, relaxing experience.

The place is beautiful and very kid friendly. Kids could join us for all the pools and some of the spa activities, they even got kids’ size bath robes. Check out was late and enabled more time in the pools in the morning and breakfast was good. Staff are all extremely friendly.
