Next to the Brenner Autobahn but no impact in sound, Clean large rooms with excellent beds, perfect breakfast and last but not least: pro-active staff!

Very friendly staff! We were two motorcyclists wet to the bone and the staff helped us dry our boots and gloves on a special heater they have for ski boots! The food is also very good at reasonable prices. We also got a genius 3 upgrade to a really big room.

Sauna and swimming pool are great after excursion day. Good location - easy to get to Seceda and Brais lake via highway.

The apartment is in a nice location with cute views, very spacious and clean. We recommend when searching on google maps to introduce the name of the villa, not the address provided on booking because it takes you on the opposite side of the street and when we arrived at 4 in the morning we couldn’t find it :) the host was very nice and answered to mu call and guided us. There is parking lot available at the location and bus station right next to the villa.

great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

Beautiful and peaceful place. The chalet is like home. We really felt like somewhere we had already been several times. You will never get tired of the sauna, hot tub with hot water and the view of the mountains. Excellent breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff. We will definitely come back again and not just once.

This is another stay of mine at this hotel. It’s always clean, the food is excellent. The entertainment, service, and additional attractions really create the atmosphere. Excellent wine recommended by sommelier Adam is an added bonus of the hotel.

The view from the hotel is amazing and the spa area for adults and for kids is really nice. Also the food was great

A perfect family holiday, lots of entertainment on offer, great swimming pools and kids clubs (children actually kept asking to go back!) I believe all guests had children with them so there was no stress about my children disturbing other guests like I would be on a different type of holiday.

Absolutely fantastic location with ski-to-door access to the slopes from the hotel. Beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartments with a fantastic balcony and view. I appreciate the parking garage with large spaces for cars. Great storage of skis and ski boots for each apartment, a lockable locker. I also give a fantastic rating to Michael, with whom there was absolutely no problem in communication and he was always ready to help with anything. We enjoyed our stay here.
