The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Niina and Goto at the welcome desk were genuinely warm, attentive, and made check-in feel effortless. Akaki went above and beyond, personally coordinating restaurant and onsen reservations for me throughout my stay — which made a big difference on a busy itinerary. Great location, very modern, rooftop pool with amazing views over the city and surrounding mountains, honestly everything was great. Very enjoyable stay. My room had a great view from the window as well

The highlight of our Beppu trip was staying at Suginoi’s Sora Kan. Our room had amazing views of the city, mountains and ocean. Their bountiful dinner and breakfast offerings were first class! Be sure to study the map of their buffet so that you don’t miss out on anything. And then afterwards venture around the property as there are so much going on.

5 minute walk to the main station and there is a grocery store on the opposite side. Everything was clean and there was ample space for two guests. If you travel with a large luggage, it would be difficult to open but for backpackers or carry-on luggage, it's no issue. Many local resaurants near by and not noisey. There was a smart TV which I really appreciated too. Highly recommend and would come back!

The view is amazing. The room can fit a family of 5. My kids enjoyed the onsen. The provided yukata and japanese slippers are some nice personal touch.

The place was beyond expected. Everything is even looks nicer in reality. The facilities inside the place is all in high quality ex. Dyson hair dryer, sensor lightning, smart TV, balmuda kitchen equipment, very comfortable blankets and pillows and of course, the private onsens both indoor and outdoor. The place is spacious like you're living in a house and very clean. I went there on new year and the staff is still very responsive even it was quite late in the night. Also, unfortunately, I forgot my glasses and the TERRA staff go all the way to find a way sending it to me in time before I'm going back to my country. Thank you so much TERRA Yufuin and I hope I'll have the chance to go back there again.
