This is an excellent resort style hotel with the level of amenity, comfort and service you would expect from a hotel like this. Having access to the club house with gym, pool and sauna facilities and an outstanding view of Nagasaki harbour was well worth it. The hotel is well set out to ensure the harbour view is accessible to all guests. Staff were helpful and kind; exemplary really.

I found the breakfast was very good. the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room size was exceptional for Japan, the facilities (Sauna, fitness room etc.) were great.

Amenities were provided and the vanity space was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is also a relax room beside the public onsen where ice-cream and yoghurt drinks were provided, as well as a wide range of Japanese comics. What’s best to me was probably the free supper (ramen) provided every night! Breakfast was good too as the variety was decent and local delights were provided.
