Everything was incredibly clean and well stocked. Loved having the outside patio space with bbq and it’s rare to have access to a pool! The owners are unbelievably kind and generous!!!

It was characterful and charming from the first moment. The pools and onsen were awesome and the location overlooking the beach was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus was great. The laundry was also helpful given we are travelling around.

Amazing hotel, the view from the room is superb! The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the concierge who speaks really good English. Afternoon tea is to die for! The hotel is on top of the hill, so a bit far from the city, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that can take you wherever you need to go and the taxi is cheap.

The breakfast was delicious, and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful, and the décor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Staff where so helpful , day we checked in there where 2 men they spoke English and did their best to help us . Dinner and breakfast where great , room with privet onsen nice experience .
