Nicely located, excellent furniture, clean and tidy.

Very nice hotel, in a perfect location. Big indoor swimming pool with nice views. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety. Several ski shops at the hotel which makes it very convenient. Kids club and play area. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Excellent service!

An Unforgettable Stay — Truly the Heart of Our Trip! From the moment we arrived at the hotel in Jounieh, we knew we had made the right choice. Our flight landed early at 4:00 AM, and although check-in was supposed to be much later, the hotel generously gave us a room immediately without any hassle — a gesture we deeply appreciated, showing their genuine care for guest comfort. When we first received our room, it was located on the first floor where there was some maintenance happening downstairs. Without us even having to insist, they immediately changed the room for us and kept apologizing, even though it was completely out of their hands. It honestly didn’t disturb us, but their keenness to ensure our full comfort showed their true professionalism. The room itself was absolutely amazing. We had booked the most standard room, and yet it exceeded all our expectations — so much that I cannot even imagine how incredible their other upgraded rooms must be (especially the ones with spa and jacuzzi!). The room was beautifully decorated, very well-equipped, even including a microwave — something I rarely ever find in hotels. The bathroom was spotless, fresh, and modern. The TV was smart, supporting apps like Netflix, which was a huge advantage for us and made relaxing in the room so much more enjoyable. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the location of the hotel is simply perfect: peaceful, scenic, and still convenient. Parking was easy and free, making everything even smoother. Anytime we needed anything from reception, the response was immediate — always within five minutes, and always with a smile. But the moment that really touched our hearts was when the hotel team surprised us for our anniversary. They had prepared a romantic room setup with complimentary desserts, making our celebration even more special and unforgettable. It was a small gesture that meant everything to us.

We had an excellent experience in the resort. The staff are very friendly and nice. I told them that we are celebrating our anniversary, they decorated our room and made us an upgrade. The view is unbelievable and indescribable. A hell of a scape! Thank you everyone for making our experience unforgettable.
