We enjoyed our stay at Malala Retreat a lot thanks to the fantastic team and the dreamy surroundings. Tucked away in a beautiful corner of Hambantota it's the perfect base to explore the national parks around, or just chill by the pool and watch the time go by. The food was also excellent. The team always made sure to cater to our preferences and both, Sri Lankan as well as Western dishes tasted delicious.

Good environment At night you can various animals sound because this is thick ungle area. Early morning you can vast typeof birds and their songs specially peacock. You can see somany peacocks around the hotel. Very mind relax. You dont feel any stress. Their meel also very good vilage type. Rooms comfortable excellent .like 5* hotel.

I stayed in Jade Green from 26-29th of March with 3 kids. Jade Hotel is close to the airport and is a great stay if you want to visit Yala National park; Birds Resort and Ridiyama park (to see all the animals). Great manager Mr. Claude has helped us find taxis at a fare price and suggested on excursions and relocation. He also offered us a better room when my daughter had some unexpected allergy and even helped us with doctor visit. My children were unable to eat breakfast because the food was too different for European taste and spicy, so Mr. Claude offered us bread, butter, egg and sausage making sure we are fed. He was always there to help us with everything and we felt safe. If you come to stay, you can ask him about excursions and places to visit. Food: we’ve had chicken soups for lunch and had dinners in Jade Green. Food is great; very delicious and not spicy (if you ask so). They can cook our food with all the local tasty herbs which makes the food great. Hotel can help you arrange taxi from the airport. Safe and decent driver with good prices +94719118455 Reception is very smiling with Ishara and Duhun.

PBR is the best place for both business and holidays. I spent my free times at their garden. It was an amazing calmness I felt there. Highly recommended place for everyone!. Rarely watched the peacocks. But I loved that sounds of Heavy sea waves and the birds. It took me another world of nature. The Staff, very Helpful and Kind, starting from the receptionnist to the house keeping and staff at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. We loved the clean Pool and the way through the hotel littel jungel to the beach.
