The room was incredibly beautiful and super clean, every detail was well looked after. The pool and jacuzzi and the views on the countryside were the reasons why we chose the hotel and they didn’t disappoint us. The breakfast was very abundant.

It was all fine except I thought a retreat was quiet and calming. I did not expect children to be occupying the small pool.

We absolutely loved staying in the farmhouse. It is located on the edge of the village and so has wonderful views over the countryside and all the way to the sea. It was nice to be able to cool down in the swimming pool and there was a lot of choice for breakfast, including homemade cakes. The host Antonia was there all day every day to attend to our every need. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of advice about the places to visit on Gozo.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here - the owners clearly take great pride in the property and their guests comfort . We will definitely return and highly recommend it to others. Good value too. Everywhere is sparklingly clean and our room with a balcony overlooking the pool and small garden was very comfortable and serviced each day. We particularly appreciated the quiet air con, the insect screen at the door , the fridge and the tea making facilities . Breakfast was excellent with a plentiful and varied buffet offering freshly home-baked delicacies and a further option of a full cooked breakfast. We enjoyed sitting by the pool to eat . Our hosts were very helpful with storing our bags on our final Day which was much appreciated . When we first arrived at the property we were worried about the major roadworks which had closed the street (it looked like a new sewer was being installed) much of Nadur was either undergoing renovation or being dug up so the bus routes were a little tricky but by walking 5 mins to the central area by the Church it was simple and quick to call a BOLT taxi. We were not affected by construction noise at all . Yes! We could see building work from our balcony but once darkness fell it was a perfect haven of peace - give or take the odd donkey braying , which reminded us of home . We were walking round the island on the coastal path over 3 days and found Casa Maria Pia an excellent base. We walked back to the property from Mgar harbour on the last day of the hike and also walked to both Ramla Bay ( good for sunbathing ) and Dahlet Qorrot bay - paradise and very good for swimming .

Very friendly and understanding owners, they made our short break in Gozo very relaxed. Room very comfortable and spacious with all amenities included in our room. Very good breakfast daily made from fresh local products. Nice pool which was a big bonus because we stayed here in a heatwave! Good WiFi all over the place and easy street parking. Situated in a quiet place of Nadur close to nearby restaurants. Certainly will go again when visiting the beautiful island of Gozo.

We liked the peace and quiet, just what we needed, staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly too. Room was fantastic, everything was perfect. I would recommend it, who needs some peace and quiet. Just one thing, the pool didn't had stairs to get down, as I suffer from Virtigo, I couldn't get into it. But I could lay in the water, as there was a little bit shallow so I could relax in it. Thanks and keep it up.
