We really liked our short stay in San Karlu. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially girl in the reception, Mayar. Rooms were nice and clean. Rooftop pool area was also really nice.

OMG!!!!!!! This was heavenly, I never wanted to leave. Room was so spacious, free mini bar, breakfast was AMAZING, the thermal pools were relaxing and the gym was so clean. After check out, I could store my luggage here and was welcome to continue to enjoy the infinity pool and rooftop area to sunbathe which was ideal as I had an evening flight and wanted somewhere to chill for a few hours. Staff were so friendly.

Staff was polite, we had an early check in at 10:00 o clock since the room was available and we had a late a check out free of charge. Our flight was at 21:00 and they made sure our baggage is safe during the hours we were exploring the country. The room was perfect, clean and had all the facilities that a couple needed to have. The location was perfect with a parking just opposite the road. Also a swimming pool on the top floor was available for those who wanted to.

Hotel was so fresh and wonderful. We really enjoyed the stay! Personnel is so positive and professional, super thanks to Tharesh who was so helpful at our arrival even thoguh it was in the middle of the night, giving local suggestions and answering all questions. Definitely a place where to return!

Perfect location, no need for a car. It's a 5-minute walk to buses, ferries, and restaurants. The hotel is barely a year old, so it couldn't be more modern and well designed. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you, particularly Viktoria and Lena. The Pool and sauna are great after a hot day with beautiful views from the top floor. The in-house restaurant is top class, expect a great breakfast buffet.

The apartment is exceptional. It really exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and services. The bed is very comfortable, they provide more than one type of pillow, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are new and the location is perfect, very close to shops, restaurants and public transport lines. The area is quiet and we felt safe walking on the street at night. We used the communal kitchen and it served us very well for breakfast.
