Palazzo Bifora was a beautiful surprise upon arrival. We were made to feel so welcome. Greeted with ice cold Kinnies and given a tour of the hotel once we arrived. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The rooms are heaven. The rooftop restaurant and rooftop pool were something to behold. Wonderful atmosphere. If you are visiting Mdina, you must stay here. You won't regret it.

If you’re looking for a perfect blend of great location, exceptional comfort, and outstanding hospitality on Malta, Topaz Hotel is the ideal choice. Situated in an excellent location with easy access to a 24/7 supermarket and bus stops, this hotel makes exploring the island a breeze. The hotel impresses with its size and beautifully maintained facilities. Our room was particularly remarkable: the largest room with six beds, even though we had booked for four. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities including a TV, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, hangers, a toilet, and fresh towels. The daily housekeeping service ensured that everything remained spotless, and the towels were consistently replaced. The bathroom was in excellent condition, featuring a shower and bathtub, and we always had hot water available, adding to our comfort and satisfaction. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend booking at least breakfast as part of your stay—it’s well worth it. The hotel boasts both an outdoor and an indoor pool, both of which are meticulously maintained. The outdoor pool is especially spacious and popular, with a restaurant nearby. Both pools are equipped with loungers, and the hygiene is well-managed with showers and restrooms located conveniently. For families with children, the hotel offers a game room, which is great for keeping the little ones entertained. Elevators are available to ease movement throughout the hotel, and there is a room where you can store your luggage if your flight is later than the check-out time. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or provide helpful advice. The reception is available 24/7, ensuring that any questions or requests can be promptly addressed.

The whole experience, from check-in and out, the fantastic suite, the staff, the birthday arrangements made for my wife, the restaurant and on and on.

The location is amazing inside the walls of Mdina. It allowed for easy morning or evening stroll through the city without the hustle and bustle of tourists.

We loved absolutely everything! Pauline and Charlie did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible! The location is great, parking is manageable, the bed is comfy - what more could you want? We highly recommend it :)

I have no bad words about this place. We even had a cake waiting for us. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. BBC was amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this retreat villa! Everything was excellent – the villa was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the pool to the bath and even the game areas. The beds were fresh and comfortable, and we loved the several terraces where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped and tidy, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, ensured that our holiday was spent in the best possible way. The villa is conveniently located in the city, yet it feels like a serene getaway. The indoor pool was a highlight for kids. Even in December, the water was perfectly clean and at a comfortable temperature – not too hot, but just right for a pleasant swim. This was truly a perfect retreat! Highly recommended!
