I like the facilities speacially the garden.Everything was fast check in check out.The receptionist was amazing.She was really kind and helpful.

They’ve thought of everything! Cozy rooms with everything you need and the best views. Plus, incredibly comfortable bed. Love that there is a bar and restaurant on site with awesome staff - gracias Gabriel! - with gorgeous views.

It’s in a great location. Staff was so nice! Hotel is in center and you can walk to every where and also surround with beautiful trees. I highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, Bernardo Ruiz would do anything just to make his guests happy. The place has a parking lot, so you can leave your car there and just walk everywhere in the village. He also speaks English very well. The pool is great and the breakfast is really good (tipical mexican)

Decently locate house, good for a big company. Interior is very nice, apartments are comfortable, there are even some table games available and cards. Small parking for 2 cars.

A beautiful atmospheric hotel right on the shores of the lake with a great view. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre, so we could enjoy both the lake and the town. Attentive staff, nice rooms, good pressure in the shower and sufficiently hot water. They have an incredible restaurant on site that is truly of the top European quality in terms of food, service and atmosphere and isn't expensive considering the level.

It was a wonderful experience. The view is incredible. The lady is so helpful and kind. The price was great.
