We enjoyed a delightful dinner at the rooftop restaurant. All the staff were non-English speaking, but were pleasant and efficient. Our room was more like a huge apartment. Nothing much to see in Jala, but still worth a visit for a taste of real Mexico.

When you want to get away from it all, this is the place!! Jala is a Pueblo Magico. and is a beautiful, sleepy little town with beautiful colonial charm. The hotel is a lux retreat in the center of town. It has a beautiful spa, and a rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning views. The swimming pool is a quick golf cart trip to a hidden garden down the street.
