The hotel was immaculately maintained. It had a very tropical feel and the staff were friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised with the apartment I stayed in, it had everything I needed and my private outside terrace was perfect for relaxing in. The pool is huge and again very well kept and maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem in Leon.

The staff was excellent — warm welcome, great vibe and always cheerful. The ladies at breakfast were very good at dealing with dietary restrictions. Very quiet at night! The first time we have found a hostel with mattress covers under the bottom sheet which made it so much more comfortable — what a treat!

I was attracted by the design of the hotel when i made the reservation. The hotel literally looks like what it is in the photos. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff - honest help with booking great tours, arranging accommodation, friendly smart people eager to do what they can. Air conditioning works for the room I selected. Shower not heated but still good. Some are saying it’s too far from town but it’s a 10 minute brisk walk to city center and 7 mins away from a good restaurant. It can be a loud city so better to be not right in the center

The property is super centrally located, has an amazing outdoor space where you can eat, chill by the pool or work (good tables with access to internet). The dorms are big and spacious, even if there is no AC the fans are enough! They have a fan for each bed! Super nice and great value for money.

Excelent Hotel, probably one of the best we visited during our trip for cleanliness and friendly staff. They have a beautiful small pool perfect for the hottest hours of the day. Very tasty breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the center, they also have free bikes.
