I would better describe this as a villa. It was very spacious and provided a lot of privacy for a hijabi like myself. I can swim in the heated pool, morning or under the bright stars of the night sky. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was enormous. It looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner was wonderful and had good communication with me. There was also a worker there who we can contact directly about any needs. Would definately recommend this for those of us who usually need to cover up extra in hotel pools and cannot sunbathe in public.

It was very interesting for us to live in a modern Omani house, which we see everywhere around. These houses are different from those we know in Europe and it is interesting for us to observe what the differences are. For example, a huge living room with a lot of seating, but with a minimum of other furniture. Or a relatively simple and very poorly equipped kitchen. This is not praise or criticism, just an observation. We also used the very nice pool, but unfortunately it was already cold in the evening, so only for a while. It is a pity that in such a huge accommodation there are only 2 beds and 2 of us slept on mattresses on the floor. But we knew that in advance.
