Location Staff friendly Restaurant

Excellent hotel in a very nice neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nice pool and sauna. Basically everything works as it should. Recommended.

The rooms was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Staff Malena (front desk) was superb !

Beautiful looking hotel and very friendly staff.

1. healthy options available in the breakfast menu, service by the restaurant staff 2. the initiative by Swissotel to give me a free upgrade and the very spacious room given to me; 3. the staff's flexibility in providing us breakfast "to go" on the day we had to leave very early in the morning

Clean and modern. The hotel was in a really good location, with plenty of restaurants and a great little bar/ restaurant just opposite. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to move room without any fuss because the internet wasn’t working in the room we’d been assigned.

Great location, nice pool and jacuzzi! Location is also great with amenities nearby

We stayed at this hotel twice during our Peru visit. Absolutely loved it, it's a fantastic hotel! The central location, plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The quirky design, colors, details. Wonderful breakfast buffet with exceptionally accomodating schedule: 6-11am and until 12 noon on Sundays. The 13th floor swimming pool with city views. Well-equipped gym with Technogym machines. We took the hotel's transfer service to the airport upon our departure, courteous, professional and stress-free service. And the personnel is amazing, everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Thank you Nhow Lima!

Great hotel with beautiful view to the ocean side. Clean and comfortable rooms

Our room was amazing, not only with a fridge and water cooker and little kitchenette, but also cut like in two rooms with very quiet doors in between, just perfect! Also loved the little fitness studio. The location is also perfect, really love the neighbourhood, everything you need is right there

Spatius room, breakfast from 4:00am, free shuttle service

We loved this hotel. The location was very safe, not very far from the ocean. Breakfast was excellent.

Exceptional service at the front desk, we were lucky to get an early check in and Stefenny at the reception was great with many recommendations of restaurants and activities. Rooms were super nice and very good value for money

We liked everything. Wonderful staff. Beautiful lobby.

The bed is comfortable. The location is also good, close to Lima square.
