We stayed at this hotel twice during our Peru visit. Absolutely loved it, it's a fantastic hotel! The central location, plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The quirky design, colors, details. Wonderful breakfast buffet with exceptionally accomodating schedule: 6-11am and until 12 noon on Sundays. The 13th floor swimming pool with city views. Well-equipped gym with Technogym machines. We took the hotel's transfer service to the airport upon our departure, courteous, professional and stress-free service. And the personnel is amazing, everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Thank you Nhow Lima!

Everything was perfect, very clean and a big kitchen. I enjoyed my stay here a lot. One guy working at the reception was a bit rude when I had a complaint about the laundry, but the other girls working at the reception solved the problem very fast, were suuuuper nice about it and made up for it, so overall I would still give 10/10 for the employees as everybody else was so nice and it was just that one incident :)
