Everything was wonderful. The spa was amazing, with a very pleasant water temperature. There was a wide variety of food available for both breakfast and dinner. There were also many interesting places nearby to visit.

A clean, brand-new hotel with friendly staff. The buffet in the morning and evening is magnificent! If you dine at the à la carte restaurant, the menu is excellent and suits all tastes.

The apartment was spacious and clean and have separated living room and kitchen from bedroom - which was a key thing for considering vacation with small child. Also the location is quite not close to any bar or some noisy place. There is spa/swimming pools suitable for small children. 3 whirlpools were great not overcrowded. Delicious breakfast great choice of things to eat, fruits and vegetables are fresh. Sauna in the apartment directly. We like the surroundings.

Super children friendly place, somehow it’s organized the way parents also get their rest while kids are having a good time. I loved the water area, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools (huge ones) were really amazing. I loved that you can borrow what you need for your kids(all ages)

It was amazing place. All the facilities was good. Only problem was sofa cum bed . It was not comfortable. Except this we enjoyed a lot there.

The apartment is new, more than spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need on holiday. The hosts was very friendly. The keys were handed over to us personally. The neighboorhood is nice, quite and Sněžka mountain is visible directly from the accommodation. The closest grocery shop is only 10 minutes by walk.

Its a private area that you have everything around you to relax no need for a crowded places and people just to have a sauna.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Polen. We liked all the facilities, good spa-zone, stunning views. would also like to give special praise to the restaurant and the chef. I don’t know who the chef is, but the cooking was simply outstanding. We were absolutely delighted with the breakfast, and later we came for an à la carte dinner and ordered several dishes — every single one was excellent. The trout, in particular, was probably the best I have ever had: perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and beautifully aromatic. Overall, the restaurant and the chef deserve an additional 10 out of 10 on their own.
