Amazing luxury hotel. Absolutely spotless with fabulous food. Outdoor swimming pool lovely and warm, indoor pool/sauna so clean.

Hotel Greno and Spa is really nice - great location close to the lift and starting points of different hikes and not far from city centre:-) Hotel itself looks very lovely, rooms are spacious and modern, hotel has a great restaurant with many great drinks and meals options. In the price is also included spa - swimming pool and hot tub (jacuzzi) which is great after all day hike or skiing. Staff is also very nice and polite:-) What I would highlight is also great selection for breakfast as besides classic eggs, sausages, etc you will find big range of vegetarian spreads, microgreens, salads and pastries. Very nice and special:-)

Hotel was warm and cozy. Big parking area with lift to reception. The pool area is big enough and didn't feel crowded as well the spa. Good choice if you are staying with children wirh areas for playing. Adam at reception was kind and helpful.

The best hotel! This is top! Super rooms with mountain views, delicious and varied menu, champagne for breakfast! Excellent spa, the staff is beyond praise! A very pleasant town, with many cafes where you can try hearty and tasty national dishes! Dark beer Kozel top! I'll come back here again!

Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!
