My room was spotless, beautifully fresh, and irresistibly comfortable—just what you hope for after a day exploring the Douro Valley. Waking up to sweeping views over the property and the surrounding hills was pure magic, and the calm, quiet atmosphere meant I slept like a dream each night. A special highlight was strolling through the lush cherry trees at dawn, picking sun-warmed cherries to enjoy with breakfast—an unforgettable, charming touch you won’t find elsewhere. If you value genuine hospitality, immaculate rooms, tranquil scenery, and those little moments that make a stay memorable, Casa da Real Companhia is unbeatable. Beautiful hotel that looked fairly recently renovated. Rooms were very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great and the massage at the spa was absolutely delightful.

The properly is in the most beautiful surroundings, has amazing interior and heated pool and the host and her sister and other staff were so nice and welcoming.

Amazing views and very homely experience, the owner/host made sure we had a good time. The pool was great, overhanging the slops. Breakfast was also very good, the highlight was the house made port and cake!

The privacy, the location, the friendliness of the host. It was not easy to communicate given that they do not speak fluent english but it was good enough for us to be able to connect over the basic things

The Villa is just amazing: perfectly and uniquely decorated, with all the se services you might want, an incredible garden and pool, splendid view, silent and authentic. The agency was super available and nice. We were a group of friends and we all loved it. We just recommend it to anyone

Beautiful place with amazing views. Small scale Quinta with a personal touch. The Quinta is run by very nice people that made us feel very welcome! Great breakfast. Highly recommend!
