This is great if you're catching an early morning flight - the airport is a 5 minute walk away, and shuttles are available. Breakfast starts at 4am, so you have plenty of time to eat and get out the door. Lunch is a buffet, and dinner is available in a restaurant format, which I took advantage of on my last day to recover from traveling. The prices are reasonable for a hotel. The whole family leaves well rested.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The drinks at the bar were good and the fries were excellent! I would highly recommend the EPIC SANA LISBOA. We will return!

The Spa essence was definitely felt. One could relax in this hotel. It was very quiet too. My friend had her birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne, cake and a very kind note. This was truly appreciated. We didn’t tell them about the birthday, but a very attentive staff took note of the dates on the ID. We felt truly honoured.

Centrally located we had the chance to see the traditional part of the town on feet. The Metro station right in front of the hotel gave us the chance to go easily to the Oceanario and other distantly located squares. Our apartment had lot of space for the four of us, was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air condition perfect. The breakfast had everything, was tasteful and refilled till the end of the time. The staff was adorable, very kind and helpful. The pool was the best part to relax in the middle of the day, with the most beautiful view of the town. I would definitely return there.

room was perfectly designed/bed was super comfortable/location perfectly situated/breakfast was great/staff were excellent most esp. Bruna the lady at reception who assisted us the with the extension of our stay when our flight was cancelled due to weather back in our home country Canada. We would definitely come back here at Turim Hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.

The staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were super helpful and they all speak English( not everywhere I travel like that , not a must have but super appreciate that). The room was super clean, smelt very nice. Even facing the street, the double windows were super sound proof, had very good sleep during the stay. Good security for late night too.

Beautifully restored with touches of the previous convent throughout. Rooms are well appointed, very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to sights. Dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were delicious.

We had an amazing stay — it has now been our second time visiting and the location is perfect with an easy walking distance to all the hotspots and nice restaurants, comfortable beds and clean rooms, and incredible service. We were met by Yasoja who was so welcoming, kind and attentive. He is definitely one of the biggest reasons we feel so welcome at the hotel and always want to go back every time we stay in Lisbon! 10/10 recommend.

Central, spacious, the pool is great. Beds are good. Mgmt was nice about leaving our luggage.

The best place to stay in Lisbon, on the same hill like Sao Jorge Castel, nearby Alfama neighborhood and central town. The apartment is very spacious, bright, warm, with a unique panoramic view. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a breakfast or a simple dinner.

The location of the hotel is perfect and everything about it is great, spacious rooms, great facilities and wonderful staff. We would love to come back
