We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Check-in at the reception was quick and pleasant. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they fully match the photos. The bed is truly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is pleasant; the variety is limited, but for a few days’ stay it is more than sufficient.

The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was warm and welcoming. Their kindness made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was amazing, with really attentive staff. The gym was excellent, with a great range of equipment. I particularly liked the cool down room for stretching afterwards. Junior suite was comfortable and clean.

Clean and safe. Room is really clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs are really friendly, polite, helpful and well speak in English. Breakfast is also good. Hotel is in a nice location in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to bus and metro stations.

The hotel is a great location, making it very easy to get around Lisbon. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very nice. On the pool on the roof is a great way to refresh on a hot day. The bar at the pool sels very good coctails, the service is exceptional. The pool is not too deep so stay with children is much more comfirtable. The restaurant at the hotel has tasty burgers, overall great stay.

We liked everything! Location was perfect, the staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and beautiful! It was like stepping into an oasis from the street.

The hotel and the service which is provided is on top level. The stuff is very friendly, the room is so nice and the location is great (not noisy, but in the center). We were so impressed of how thr hotel treated it's guests: free mini bar, tasty dessert (really tasty) and welcome drinks at the bar (the cocktails are great by the way).

Central, spacious, the pool is great. Beds are good. Mgmt was nice about leaving our luggage.
