Breakfast exellent, possibility to choose any type of food. Close to the airport 10 minutes away, and 10 minutes away from the city center. Very good staff, and very high-quality service, ready to serve and help you at every minute and hour of the day or night. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a truly lovely time at Myriad by SANA. The hotel has breathtaking views of the river and the Vasco da Gama bridge. The room was large, stylish, with a jacuzzi bathtub, soft bed, and embroidered linens — everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding — very healthy and diverse, with lots of vegetables, fruits, berries, more than 10 types of cheese, delicious pastries, hot dishes, and fresh juices. A real treat every morning! The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel is close to the cable car, Oceanarium, and the Vasco da Gama shopping center. Getting to the old town by Uber/Bolt only costs 6–10 euros. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return one day!

The hotel is lovely, located within an easy walk to Lisboa central. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were large, bright and spotless. Spa, gym, sauna and pool were a nice surprise as was the free tour of archeological site housed within the hotel. This was the best breakfast we experienced in Europe. Service was excellent and the range of foods was enormous. I recommend selecting the breakfast option. Drinks and snacks were available all day at the bar and were complementary.

The spa and treatments were amazing. The staff were so kind and friendly and the hotel was very luxurious and good value for money.

Marcus was a fantastic host, he was extremely welcoming and offered additional local tips and advice. The pool and sauna were for private use only on a first come first serve basis which we found to be an excellent system. The room was beautiful, the open-air lobby offered panoramic views of Lisbon (along with the breakfast room – where a delightful vegan-friendly and meat-friendly buffet was served – with different milk types almond, cow's milk etc). The WIFI was also very reliable. The suite had its own balcony with beautiful rooftop views of the surrounding old buildings and Lisbon.

Exceptional property, I can't recommend it enough. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was impressively large and spacious, offering a sense of luxury and plenty of space to unwind. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and comprehensive—everything from a fully equipped kitchenette to cozy seating areas and modern appliances, ensuring every need was met. The buffet breakfast was great, the variety and quality of the food were superb, catering to all tastes. The staff deserve a special mention for their warm and friendly service. From check-in to check-out, they ensured our stay was really enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Our stay was just amazing. We booked two rooms and upon our request we got them on the same floor, which was very convenient. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were super clean, everything is new (or newly renovated) and tidy. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room had everything we needed, even a dishwasher and a washing machine. We spent a lot of time at the pool, there was a very relaxed atmosphere, polite guests and responsive staff. The location is great and we could walk to the old town in 20-30 minutes. There is no room service, but for us it was even better. We could just ask at the reception for the things we needed, and the staff were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Booking a room at the Lumen Hotel was the perfect decision for us. The hotel's location is ideal for us, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The light show is very impressive.

This hotel was a dream in the heart of Lisbon and walking distance to most neighborhoods. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so helpful and welcoming: complete with a welcome glass of port at reception and a beautiful cheese plate awaiting us in our room with a handwritten note of welcome. All the spaces are colorful, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, and the garden setting is just so lush and stunning--even in February. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was delicious, as was the complimentary bottle of wine. While our room was on the smaller side, it was well appointed and our own private terrace made it so much more spacious. From interior design, outdoor pool and garden, to the yoga studio space and hotel staff, and all the little details and perks, everything was amazing and I would return to Lisbon just to stay here!

The hotel is simply stunnng. The dining rooms and bar along with the plethora of sitting rooms are remarkable. The bedrooms comfy and the pools are amazing. The cleaning staff were amazing and very friendly and professional. Also the doormen were exceptional. Well done to them!
