BulgariaThey don't lie about making it very family friendly. Anything you may need for your little ones believe they have it and most of it included in the room rate. It is so so rare for hotels to do any effort in this area. We mostly appreciated the option to have a stroller for our toddler for going about the city, and for free!
Apart from that it all felt really effortless luxury, beautiful decoration, seats at the reception, welcoming drinks, warm wet towels at arrival.
Beautiful comfortable room with all essentials and done with high attention to detail.

Very good location.
By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Happy to come back and look forward to try other Martinhal hotels.

We were upgraded to a lovely apartment with a huge balcony and a great view out over the river. We didn't eat in the hotel, so I can't rate the food, but we loved the swimming pools, and the fact that the indoor one was open until 10pm.

The service was impeccable from start to finish, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of all of the facilities. There are many outdoor patios on multiple floors for soaking up the sun in a secluded and historical setting. The bedroom was fantastic, very bright and airy and the rooftop swimming pool was a nice break from the sun all day.

Outdoor facilities were really nice: hamac, swing, swimming pool which is available 24/7, cozy chairs. Staff was nice and friendly. Location is good because of closeness to city centre. And nature is amazing!
