The modern look inside and outside. All the facilities they provide and the owner super easygoing. The spa and swimming pool amazing; it was February and the room was super cozy and warm; perfect!

The property is truly amazing - the nature, size, apartments and overall looks of it. The garden is spacious with fruit trees and the pool area is great, barbecue area as well. It's an amazing location close to Geres and not too far from big cities such as Braga or Porto. Absolutely perfect for families and big groups. Contrarily to other reviews, the space was clean and tidy when we arrived. There are a few very cute cats that can leave a smell here and there, but it's not relevant at all given the size of the property.

The location was beautiful (and I wish I'd had more time to appreciate it) and the staff super friendly! Made me a packed lunch since I was out early. Would definitely recommend a walk round the grounds (which even with the rain were stunning)

The staff were exceptional. They were always on hand to help. The breakfast choices were varied choices of cold ham, cheeses, yoghurt, and fruit. All were kept on an electric cold frame. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Having a large garden complete with swimming pool and donkey was an added bonus. Thank you .

Beautiful location within a farm and extensive gardens. Very good to relax.

We are a family of 13 (9 adults and 4 children ages 7, 5 and 2 year old twins) from Ireland and stayed at the villa in July 2026. We had the most amazing time together and found the villa exceptional. The kids adored the pool, the trampoline and the swings and slides and did not want to leave the villa and visit anywhere else as they loved it so much. The older boys used the gym every day, played pool and table football, and we had an epic table tennis family tournament. The outdoor space is quite something with plenty of quiet areas to sit, relax and read away from the noisy pool area. The facilities for outdoor eating and BBQ area were exceptional and much appreciated by our large number. The interior was very spacious, had everything you need for a relaxing stay, comfortable beds and excellent showers. Silvia and Nelson were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They were available at all times to help. Thank you for your kindness. We had two hire cars so were able to get out and about and see the local area and attractions, it is a very beautiful part of Portugal. In summary we had an amazing family holiday at the villa and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property, well maintained with great facilities, the friendship of Eduardo, his hospitality and availability to answer all questions, a great host! We had enjoyed very much our stay and the surrounding area, stay in and enjoy the pool, the horizon deck or a swing of the view to the barrage otherwise just walk out and hike around discovering the local waterfalls, local gastronomy and people . No doubt a place to return and recommend.

The property is beautiful, the owners are very warm and welcoming. This is a perfect place to get some peace & quiet and rest from the world. Also, it is close enough to everything you need and a perfect place to come with friends and family. Game room is always a good idea. Highly recommend!

The host, clean and functioning pool, beautiful and secured yard, common grocery shops like Continente, Intermarche and Pingo Doce ~6min away with the car. Firewoods provided by the host.

Beautiful space, the pool is refreshing. There was fresh water coming down from the mountains on tap. The rooms had all the necessary amenities. Hosts are friendly. It's a space to relax. Car ride away from Guimaraes and Braga. Would come back.

What a wonderful property! The owner, Elsa, was truly hospitable without being in the least intrusive. She brought us delicious cakes and fresh orange juice made from the oranges in her garden. The beds were hotel quality - so comfortable! Plus a plentiful supply of fluffy towels. Breakfast extras and snacks waiting for our arrival along with several thoughtful items in the fridge. Two ensuite bathrooms plus a third with toiletries provided. The gardens are lovely - so many places to sit out and a huge swimming pool too. The weather wasn't great while we were there, but this place would be truly idyllic in the summer; the granite walls would ensure it was pleasantly cool. Would we stay there again? Absolutely 100% yes please! We were there to attend a round of the World EnduroGP. The house is tucked away in the countryside but not far from the amenities of Fafe and other towns.

Lovely rustic stone buildings in a small complex. David our host met us on arrival and was lovely and very helpful. The natural swimming pond was a fabulous experience. Would stay here again anytime. Loved it 😃

A beautiful, new place. It's steeped in history, but with a completely new, modern twist. The room is cozy, with everything new. The bed is large and comfortable, as are the duvet and pillows – important if you want a good night's sleep. I especially liked the duvet. The owners were very kind and helpful. We were served a Portuguese breakfast. There wasn't anything hot, but it was freshly prepared.

The gym had a good variety of equipment, the swimming pool was pleasant, the staff were friendly and professional.

Great value, very cozy room, nice restaurant, breakfast was also pretty decent.

Besides being comfortable, clean and functional (bonus points for the bathtub), the room was elegant and sophisticated. We scheduled a massage and it was absolutely worth it, thanks to Cidália’s precious hands.
