Very beautiful area, house overlooking the grape field. Kiwi trees, bay leaves, rosemary, etc. grow in the garden. The pool is very beautiful. The house has everything for comfortable living. Two cats in the territory.

Everything was perfect. Bed was super comfy and the view over the vineyards was just awesome.The members of staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean and new.

The hosts were incredible! A great place to stay and relax. Overall, the room was very cozy and comfortable.

Claudino is an amazing host! The rooms, the house, the garden, everything is done with such attention to detail. The house is surrounded by nature, so it is just perfect for a relaxing stay. Our room had a nice terrace, where you can spend your time, but the area has so many nice corners to discover, you can go to the pool or use one of the hammocks. When we arrived, we got a warming welcome from the owner, he showed us around and explained everything. We even got a small welcoming gift! The breakfast was also very tasty, everything you can whish for, from very good coffee to freshly made eggs. If we ever come back to this area, we would stay again at this beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

There was a lot of rain when we traveled, but the accommodation was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. The villa was very comfortable, the spa and indoors swimming pool were amazing, and the staff were very nice and made all efforts to make us feel at home.

Casa 141 is an immaculate home in a quiet, safe and cozy area. The hosts have thought of every detail, supplying niceties many hosts neglect like spices in the kitchen and toys outside for the pool. Everything seemed brand new and the space is very mobility accessible. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

I loved the room, massage, spa. Fitness area and room service were great too. Another good thing is that the guests were mostly couples with older kids.

Lovely modern hotel within a few minutes walk of the beautiful town of Guimaraes. Friendly welcoming staff and a fabulous buffet breakfast. Hotel also has a spa, pool and bar and has great soundproofing so wont hear the nearby trains. Room had a mini-fridge to keep things cool.

Quinta de Carvalhal - Casa da Vinha is easily the best property we stayed at by a long shot. Because it isn't just about a house with it's wonderful surroundings, it's even more about the energy and passion of the host - Alberto, who made us feel welcome from the very first moment until the very last - like family members. The attentiveness, care and overall hospitality are just unmatched! Waiting to return here.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and terrace were lovely, we just never got to enjoy them due to bad weather and storm Kirk. Abel was very easy to contact and always very helpful.

This was a perfect stay in a new and modern appartment, not far from Guimaraes. The appartment was clean, the receptionist waited for us to explain everything. We also tried the roof swimming pool which was great. The residence has its underground parking which is a bit small but you can simply leave the car outside. The breakfast was very tasty. We loved our short stay there.

Really friendly receptionist (who seemed to do everything) who suggested excellent restaurant down the road while we were waiting for check in. Large comfortable room with balcony over the pool. Nice little pool for a rest before going into the beautiful city. - a 5-6€ Uber ride. Parking outside, small breakfast room, reasonable selection - excellent value little hotel.

The reception was great. They were personally expecting us to meet us. During the staying we always felt very welcome and all details well explained. The house was great and all we need was available. The property is great. Location is excellent, quiet and near the Guimarães city centre,

The historical building is beautifully refurbished and decorated. Excellent service at the reception, bar and breakfast. Parking is courtesy. Location close to the famous squares and restaurants.
