Everything! The place, the hosts, the animals, the food. We stayed only one night but it was the best experience. Our baby had a super comfortable crib with very cozy blankets. Our bed was big and very comfortable. We arrived late and they made a delicious homemade dinner. The best part was the breakfast, with everything super fresh and tasty. Super nice experience for family and kids, we felt like playing "a la casita" they are a lovely family. We will always remember this experience! Thank you Maria , Marias husband (sorry I dont remember the name) and Sofia!

This is a stunning property and grounds, run by lovely people who can't do enough for you! Casa de Lamaçais exceeded our expectations in every aspect from the communication prior to our arrival, to the ease of access, to the beautiful property grounds, the amazing property/room and ending with the breakfast of kings specially prepared for us by the lovely Rita who was absolutely delightful throughout our stay. We definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this property and will 100% return if we're ever in the area of Paços de Ferreira again.

Everything about this place was wonderful - it is a classic building with so much history and character. Beautiful outdoor pool for the summer which we wished we stayed longer to enjoy. Claudia is so wonderful as a host and nothing is too difficult for her. We really wish we stayed longer!
