We had an amazing stay at Casa Belo Horizonte in Porches. The house is huge and the pool area is absolutely fantastic for families and large groups. We were 15 people and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Before arriving, we had read some less positive reviews and were a little concerned about the condition of the property. However, when we checked in, the staff member explained that the house had undergone three weeks of renovations. When we arrived, it was clear that a lot of work had been done — the house was spotless and looked fantastic. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back. A big thank you to Dream Places for providing such a wonderful experience and making our holiday so memorable.

The staff were so friendly and lovely, especially the lady that helped us check out (unfortunately did not get her name before we left) Our room was perfect, beds were so comfotable, the pool area was gorgeous and quiet. The views were amazing. Breakfast was good although, as we did not own transportation I would have loved if they had offered some sort of car/golf cart to bring us as the breakfast area was a 15 minute walk, uphill, in 37 degree weather.

This lovely place was smaller than we had imagined - it is a cosy little haven, beautifully and tastefully set up and decorated. A great breakfast and charming staff. Very highly recommended

Nice, clean rooms with beautiful view of the back garden. The breakfast was excellent with locally sourced products. And they have a nice swimming pool!

Breakfast was excellent great choices

This relaxed Quinta had all that we needed to chill out and relax for the first part of our trip. The pool was great, the salt water pool with the nearby grass and loungers made our lazy afternoons a joy. Our host gave us complimentary sangria that was lovely. The bathrooms were great with good showers and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved that it was outside the town as this made it a nice quiet space.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this B&B and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome—they were warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were easily the highlight of the experience. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully presented, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast each morning was a real treat—delicious, freshly prepared, and the perfect way to start the day. All in all, a fantastic stay in every sense. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are already looking forward to coming back.

Loved absolutely everything: - the clean and spacious rooms - the many areas outside to relax (various decks, hammocks, sunloungers, sofas) - the amazing customer care - Martha and Roberto clearly went above and beyond and surpassed our expectations in every aspect!!!

The property was beautifully designed and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was welcome in the hot weather.

It was the nicest property we have ever stayed in. The house was more than just a house. There was the main house an apartment downstairs and annex pool house all rolled into 1. We were a group of 7 ( family of 4 and 2 grandads) and there was so much space.

Beautifully restored house with plenty of space for a large family. The house had everything you needed for comfort and eating including bbq area and the most amazing kitchen. Lots of outdoor areas to sit at and the pool was fabulous, it's even bigger than the photos. The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The shop downstairs was fab, even sold their own farm grown fruit and veg. Silvia, our host was such a wonderful help and keep good contact with us. Silves is a great town with lots of see and very welcoming people. 100% recommend.

Landlords are very nice. We have a flight delay and only arrive in midnight - the landlord is still waiting for us. They are very helpful and responsive during our stay. The room is spacious and comfortable.
