We loved this accommodation, the room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The swimming pool is a nice addition. Breakfast was served every morning (at an additional cost), which was also perfect! The hotel is close to the town park and about 15 minutes from the main square and centre. Overall, our stay in Sibiu was enjoyable and we recommend visiting and give this hotel a 10/10

The breakfast at Mercure Hotel Arsenal Sibiu was amazing. We particularly enjoyed our terrace and its view, and the staff's behaviour and attitude was impeccable. Talked with my wife post check out, and we agreed this is definitely the place to come back to, in the future. Bonus, the indoor swimming pool is really great for relaxing. The hotel is located 2 steps away from the 'Sub Arini' (Roughly translated to 'Beneath the Alders') Park, which was really great to have a walk in and disconnect.

I liked everything about this fabulous sexy apartment except why did I devote so little time to this pleasure? Why not extend this for at least a week? I can say with certainty that here your dreams come true because you are in the best conditions of the old city, moreover, you have a Luxury swimming pool and a jacuzzi at your disposal and you can stay there for days on end, but do not forget, of course, to go out to the surroundings of the most beautiful city of Romania - Sibiu .

Best location, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the hotel looks very authentic and romantic for couples. The rooms for 2 where very small. Since we didn't have AC, the stuff was very helpful and upgraded our room with AC and a view to the beautiful main street. Mattress was too soft for us, but the kids didn't mind. Great breakfast. Parking spot right next to the hotel for the guests is a real bonus in this location.
