GermanyThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

MoldovaFood was great, we took three meals per day and it was never under our expectations. Soups are especially great. Would come back always there. Parking is difficult in the region, but we never had any issues to find a spot. Owner is very helpful and the hotel is located in the perfect spot.

The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Although the accommodation wasn't cheap, considering the 2-day access to the wellness facilities, it was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Clean, neutral bright colours in the room, very pleasant. Helpfull staff at the desk and in the restaurant. The view, the quietness of the place. Very good temperature at the swimming pool, air and water.

Amazing location, in a high point on the hill, easily accesibile. No close neighbours. View is amazing, the location is very quiet. You have both indoor and outdoor pools.
Staff was hospitable although way understaffed and had lots of things to do.

Amazing breakfast and great location, walking distance from the main attractions. The spa area is super clean with great facilities, a large indoor area, and a nice outdoor pool. The entire hotel staff is there to make you feel comfortable and help you with anything. Overall we had a great time and I think it's the best hotel in Sovata.

Very kind staff, nice swimming pool proper for kids to have fun! It is a very good hotel for families. We were lucky with the nice weather, so we could also enjoy the swimming pool outside.

New hotel build and very nice finished. Clean rooms. Clean and very nice swimming pools for all category of people.
Very nice stuff. the breakfast was excellent and dinner very tasty.
The manager was very attentive and very nice with kids.
