Our weekend was amaizing at Hotel Crystal. We liked the accomodation: comfy bad, quite area, forest view, good, fresh and varied food. The spa and massage its worth trying but the hot spot was the pools and water slides. The outside pool is rather medium, but the slide was perfect for a 5 years old child. There are plenty of sun beds near the outside pool and you can choose to sit in the shadows or in the sun. You can also eat by the pool, but only fast food and salads. The food and icecream at the bar are tasty. Last but not least is the amability of the hotel staff, starting with the reception, spa, pool, there was a geeting or a smile on their face. The resort is clean and nice, lots of flowers near the streets. Definetly we will come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Health Spa Hotel in Sovata. I came here with my wife for a few days of relaxation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The spa facilities are excellent – from the saltwater pools to the Cleopatra bath and the hydrotherapy options. We tried several wellness treatments, and the staff were professional and kind. The environment is peaceful and clean, and everything is very well organized, from the massages and therapeutic baths to specialized treatments like electrotherapy and mud wraps. The wellness menu offers a wide variety, and we especially appreciated the clear multilingual signage and helpful staff. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We will definitely return!

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast! And the staff is lovely!!!) We are very happy! We recommend it unequivocally!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Our room with its rooftop Jacuzzi made our stay extra special. The facilities are outstanding, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, two Jacuzzis (one with relaxing salt water), and plenty of comfortable areas to relax. The complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day is a lovely touch. We stayed on a half-board basis, and every meal was lovely. The entire team deserves recognition. Every member of staff is incredibly courteous, welcoming, and hardworking, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Big shout out to the host, she is fabulous 👌 This has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning. We truly hope the hotel is fully booked every day because it thoroughly deserves to be . Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. Romania has completely won us over, and we can't wait to return next year.

We stayed at Villa Fabesca in a family room, the room is not very spacious for a family with 2 big children, but for a few nights it is ok. Breakfast is served at Hotel Fabesca at a distance of 200 m, parking is also at the Hotel. For access to the SPA you pay separately but with a discount. The food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. The coffee is also very good. Friendly staff always willing to help you.

The property is beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back. One of the highlights was definitely the warm saltwater hot tub, which was an amazing experience. We also really enjoyed the SPA facilities, since it was a weekday we were practically alone, just another couple with a young child in the small kiddie pool, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel was recently renovated (some parts still were under construction even) so our room looked and felt brand new. Spa area was great and the staff as well.

I liked everything: the staff, the spa area, the location, the room with all the facilities, the food. The staff was very helpful each time I needed. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. You get lemonade, țuică and some juice from the house (little gestures always count). Spa area had a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna + cold water bucket (didn't tried, didn't feel like it 😬). Overall, great accommodation!

Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

Ne-am simțit minunat la această cazare și cu siguranță vom reveni! Personalul este extrem de amabil, cu zâmbetul pe buze și foarte serviabil. Din prima clipă simți ca ești în vacanță datorită calmului doamnei de la recepție. Camera a fost exact ca în poze, foarte șic și curată iar patul foarte confortabil. Faptul ca am avut și balcon a fost un mare plus. Este aproape de tot ce este mai frumos în Sovata. Recomand ❤️

The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Although the accommodation wasn't cheap, considering the 2-day access to the wellness facilities, it was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Amazing location, in a high point on the hill, easily accesibile. No close neighbours. View is amazing, the location is very quiet. You have both indoor and outdoor pools. Staff was hospitable although way understaffed and had lots of things to do.

Amazing breakfast and great location, walking distance from the main attractions. The spa area is super clean with great facilities, a large indoor area, and a nice outdoor pool. The entire hotel staff is there to make you feel comfortable and help you with anything. Overall we had a great time and I think it's the best hotel in Sovata.

Very kind staff, nice swimming pool proper for kids to have fun! It is a very good hotel for families. We were lucky with the nice weather, so we could also enjoy the swimming pool outside.
