Highly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return!

Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

Great boutique hotel. Comfortable, pleasant, and clean. Good shower. Big TV. Good curtains for anyone who wants to sleep in late. Cool pool! The staff is great and doing everything to help you – they helped with everything I asked for, including changing room and a late check-out.

This was a little oasis on our busy holiday. To come home and just relax by the pool was simply beautiful. Less the 10mins from the airport but we hardly heard a thing. The staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed and the rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The staffs are super awesome and friendly! The location was perfect as it was close by to tonnes of stuff but not noisy and disturbing at all! The amenities are fantastic , with free breakfast and water for anytime consumption! I love POR and will definitely be back again!

We had a great time. The staff was super polite and friendly. The hotel is nice, clean and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was ok. Unlimited water, refreshing drinks and coffee was definitely a plus. We also enjoyed the swimming pool a lot!

Really liked the rooms, very spacious, well equipped. Breakfast was really good, we loved being able to grab water as and when we needed it from the fridges downstairs, same with being able to use hot water 24/7. We didn’t use the pool as we had a lot of day trips but it looked really good. Location is excellent too! 15 min walk from the Saturday and Sunday night markets, as well as the night bazaar

The breakfast buffet is extensive and caters for many different tastes. There's also a "cereal" bar that is available all day for a little snack along with some yogurt, cookies, Thai sweets, coffee and teas. I was upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated and I enjoyed the private, deep bathtub on my terrace. The suite also had a small kitchen and coffee/tea making equipment--they even provided free water and milk! All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop with the (small) swimming pool and also used the bikes (they even have helmets!!) early one morning to go see the nearby temple at sunrise with the monks taking alms and chanting. I would stay here again!

Everything about this small resort was incredible. It was like walking into an oasis in the desert, beautiful. Attention to detail in styling immaculate. Rooms are large with good AC. Clean and welcoming, room service every day. A bonus of an outdoor swimming pool, brilliant in this heat. The staff so kind and nothing is too much trouble, namely Bang and Poon who helped in every way to make this a place never to be forgotten.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Amazing facilities, the swimming pool area is absolutely beautiful. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a balcony and a hot tub. Definitely recommend it!

it is an old Thai Palace, so beautiful and very well-maintained. The swimming pool is huge, the gym is nice, and there is a hot tub in the room which is a big plus. It is just so nice to be there in the middle of Chaing Mai, a beautiful and inspiring place.

Very spacious hostel, relaxing swimming pool, good buckets deals, tour selection for day activities. Elephant tours, sticky waterfalls and some extreme activities. Bed was comfortable with curtains for privacy. The highlight was the staffs they are very accommodating kind and friendly. Special thanks to Jen!!! my every first trip to Chiangmai she gave me all the advices I needed for my short but very memorable stay!

Big room,I got the king size and the bed was almost too big :) Massive 50 inch tv with YouTube and Netflix on so if you are looking to relax in the room this is a bonus. Some seats and a small table if you have food in the room. Shower basic but worked fine, AC adequate for the size of room. Staff were all very friendly. Nice outdoor seating area for watching the world go by/smoking/drinking beer. There is a swimming pool but I didn’t use it. Free tea and coffee in room upon arrival.
