We stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, always helpful and smiling. Room is clean and the clean lady cleaned our room everyday. The pool is clean and many guests use it. Good location, 5 minutes walk to Maya and One Niman Street.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. It is not rated a 5 Star Hotel but it definately has 5 Star Service and staff! Great value overall. My room was spacious, plenty of room in the closet for my clothes durung my 3 week stay. I had my own bathroom, A/C and a good size refrigerator. I really liked being within the Old City Square or "Moat"...it is 1.6km x 1.6k.m (almost 1 mile x 1 mile square) I was within walking distance of soo much. I walked everywhere I could for the first 2 weeks...then used ref taxis or the Grab app to go further...which is a very inexpensive option for travel.

This is the second time staying at the hotel and it is still a comfortable clean and affordable stay as it was before. It was nice staying here and amenities like the pool and everyday breakfast were really great to have. It’s also a short ride to the airport.

I had a wonderful time at Asa. Everything was perfect — the staff was amazing. The manager personally recommended great places to eat and must-see spots to visit, and the entire team was always kind, helpful, and attentive to anything I needed. They have a delicious breakfast as well. I especially loved seeing so many talented women running such a successful and inspiring place. Thank you so much!

You can sleep hearing the water's white noise, seems like it's raining all the time. I love it, it's very relaxing.

Beautiful property, with good food and the staff there are amazing and helpful. Central location and it felt so peaceful there.

I really enjoyed my stay. The concierge was very helpful. We used airport pick up and drop off. The spa was super luxurious. I highly recommend breakfast here every morning too. We even had our laundry done the same day.

Perfect location for walking around town seeing temples shopping and restaurants, the room was great! We had one of the suites and it was very big and clean, great view as well. We booked the elephant half day with their activity coordinator and had the most amazing time, night life was popping as well! Breakfast was great, the staff were very kind and accommodating! Overall a very pleasant experience, felt like we got the most of Chang Mai! Pool was nice and private as well :))

Staff are really helpful, they also have tour packages brochures in the lobby. Room is pretty spacious and clean.

Wonderful staff. Excellent location in the old city. Pool was clean and room was large and comfortable. Room service was excellent and loved being able to get a snack and drink after a long day exploring the city. Staff went out of their way to get soy milk for our coffee, book taxis for us, and overall super helpful.

In the middle of the old town, close to the markets and restaurants, quiet area after 7pm.
