In a quiet location but only a short walk to restaurants and a lovely bar. Room a good size and bed comfortable, aircon good I was picked up and dropped back to the port and also the dropped me to a local beach for a small charge.

Very nice and friendly stuff super relaxed atmosphere! Really loved it!

Our second time staying here this year and looking to come again soon. The facilities, staff, location and breakfast were all fabulous! Can’t wait to come back.

I got room on the second floor. The balcony with a pool view, everything is fresh, tidy and modern, havaian style of interior. The bed is just perfect. AC works properly. Very good hair dryer. There were shampoo, body soap, good smelling towels, and even one-time tooth brush and paste. There is good swimming pool with beautiful lighting at night time and the area with bubbles. I also had free breakfast- eggs, sausages, bread and butter, coffee, juice, water. Nothing special but ok for morning. 3 km from Tien beach and the same from Nabaan pier. Special thanks to stuff for their helping with everything. They even privide me a transfer from pier and than pick me up to the place with good bike rental. I will definitely come again

Beautiful room, staff very accommodating, floating breakfast was plentiful, very clean pool which has a jacuzzi setting and mood lighting for night time. Comfy bed. All around a lovely accommodation felt very luxurious

Beautiful location overlooking pattaya in the distance . Quiet area for night times and cats , they have cats and kittens !

Just a year since opening the place already shows signs of aging. Pool is small, breakfast very basic - if u don‘t like soup in the morning u get 2 slices of toast and the usual tiny packets of butter and jam. No extras available. - stuff hardly speaks any English. Ok for 3 days maybe if u don’t have great expectations.

Very relaxed atmosphere and easy to watch your children in the pool from your apartment.

I like the way I booked. Not booking .com. Stayed 2 days and very comfortable on my own choice no credit to booking Com If I visit again My first choice. As for booking.com.. Could not pick up 3 bookings on the same day just excepted my payments.. Very unhappy with booking .com. How can a person book 3 places at the same time..and no contact for booking.com

The staff are what make this place so special. From the moment of booking we where offered help arranging taxis etc. We arrived early in the morning and checking in at 7am was no problem. The room is very large and incredibly comfortable. We loved the opportunity to book ground floor so we didn't have to lug luggage up stairs etc. Everyday you are left a small package outside of your room of bottled water toilet paper and tea/coffee which is a great touch. The location is about 20-30 minutes from walking street and central Pattaya however everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel. 3- 711s and many great restaurants and of course Wonderful massage places.
